I won't go here again. Worst pedicure I've ever gotten and I've had many. Like other reviews, the pressure to "upgrade" was over the top. I was told 6-7 times that I should do gel instead of regular polish. I assumed the lady I was working with was just pushy but then I heard another employee do something similar to the next client that walked in. That would all be fine because I'm a grown up and can say no, but the actual pedicure was bad. She was so rushed which would work if the results were good but it honestly looks like I let my 7 year old polish my nails. I never write reviews but this was so bad I felt I must. read more

Nice atmosphere and clean environment. I had a very nice pedicure with peppermint scrub. I felt pampered and didn't feel jipped on the massage. The massage chairs are very nice as well! It was very relaxing! I will definitely be back! read more

The worst, most painful pedicure I have ever had done. The top of my toe is very sore and cut up and my nails look terrible. Also, they were sharing tools and it didn't seem very sanitary. I have been here before and they've usually done a good job, but today was an awful experience and I definitely would not go back or recommend it to anyone. read more

Overall the inside of this establishment was pristine, immaculate, serene even. I walked through the doors and was immediately seated (a 10/10 experience) but then as my nails were being painted there were weird chunks, my nails ended up being bubbly, and the lady who painted them kept getting the polish all over my skin. Make sure to tell them if you're unsatisfied before they are done because they have a no refund policy. :/ read more

I'm bleeding!! I've never in my life walked out of a salon but I did today! She started to cut the nail away from the skin on the side of my big toe - why?!?! I said stop and she cut again! I asked her what she was doing and she said she was separating the nail from the skin?!?! I've been getting pedicures for decades and never heard of this. Plus I am dripping blood. I walked out. I went mostly because of some good yelp reviews. I came on a Wednesday night with a girlfriend and specifically told them multiple times it was for my wedding on Saturday (aka, please make sure it's good since lots of photos of me will be taken). I got a gel manicure and hot stone pedicure with regular polish. The good part was the pedicure. Besides them cutting my toenails a little short and a little diagonal, it was a good experience and the polish is still looking great. The hot stone was a nice experience too. The gel manicure... well, it was definitely sub par. The lady cut me pretty badly during it (which was surprising since I didn't have hang nails or anything) and kept having to put paper towels on it. Ouch!! She cut the nails crooked too, but she fixed that with some instruction (unless diagonal nails are a thing now?). The gel manicure did NOT last! By Saturday, the day of my wedding, two nails had already chipped. By the following Monday I had to remove the polish from one nail it was peeling so badly and had one finger a slightly different color for my honeymoon. Multiple more nails chipped and less than 10 days later I finally gave up and removed all the polish. Bummer since gel usually lasts 2-3 weeks with me and no chipping at all! My friend and I were out running errands and we happened upon this new nail salon and decided to check it out... They accepted me as a walk in, no problem. They just opened maybe a week ago and are running a few specials, so that was a cool unexpected bonus. They've got a really nice interior and the staff was super friendly. SARAH did my nails and she did a nice job. They have new everything, and it's all very clean and well organized. They have a ton of colors to choose from (many more than what I've observed of local competitors) I will totally be coming back. Absolutely recommend. :) read more

I so wanted to give them more stars, the people are nice and the ambiance is spa-like, but I was really overcharged today. I asked for "whatever their most basic pedi" was plus gel polish (I don't care about any of the hot stones, exfoliants etc.). Online, the price is $47 for a basic pedi plus gel, which is plenty given that it's not a full spa. I was charged $57!!!! When I asked why it was $57, they said gel was $20 more! So, unfortunately, I won't be back to this place even though for the most part I really liked it otherwise. read more

My sister-in-law and I had a HORRIBLE experience here. First they pushed me into trying the dip when I really wanted gel. Then they pushed for my sister-in-law to get a manicure when she didn't want one to start. They used the wrong color on my nails, and my sister-in-law's manicure was absolutely awful. They offered to redo my manicure, however my pedicure and manicure had already taken over 2 hours! There is no way I was going to sit there for another hour for them to fix it. We then came back to make a complaint and they gave me a gift card for removal, however I still have to pay over $80 for my terrible pedicure and manicure. When I returned to have my nails removed, they debated for more than 5 minutes over who would be actually doing the job and then they ripped my nails off with a fake nail instead of soaking them. My nails are now incredibly thin and will take months to recover. I would NEVER recommend going to this salon. read more

I NEVER take time to complain even with a bad experience being that I am in the customer service industry and understand mistakes. But this was ridiculous! I wanted to try this nail spot for a while now and finally got to make it in today. I was so disappointed! My nail tech was so rude! I get my nails done once every other week. I know they always try to up charge for anything. (I get it I'm a server) but when I say no to getting gel polish instead of regular doesn't mean u should keep forcing me to get gel. And when I keep saying no it doesn't mean you need to be rude!!! I told my technician I didn't want gel after she asked a couple times. Then I asked how much it was for a fill ( which I recommend everyone do when they walk in because they can change their prices on the spot if it's not on display) so I ask how much for a fill?? she says you want coffin again? (This is the shape, I didn't even have the coffin shape my nails were just kind of long) I said no I don't want coffin I want them shorter. She said ok pick your color and didn't even answer my question! I don't care about the price that's not the problem I can afford getting my nails done and I always make sure to tip good!! I got my color and she just pointed to the seat ok? I could sense her being annoyed. For what reason? IDK! I sit and she begins being rough with my hands at one point she cracked my pinky finger (idk if she noticed or was too busy trying to get me out of her seat) she shortened my nails with the machine and asked if I liked the length I said yes, I like the shape as well let's keep this shape. She said ok buffed my nails and told me to go wash my hands..... I was wondering why she didn't file my nails? Oh well maybe she's different than the rest and she will file them after. Nope never filed them. I had to go home and file them myself. I always tip but she didn't deserve a dime. I will tell everyone I know never to go in here. And I will never come back. read more

I decided to try TU Nails because it is closer to my home and I will never go back. First, I scheduled an appointment for regular acrylic nails and was given gel acrylic nails. When my total was stated to me I questioned it and they said more money because gel. I refused to pay that because it is not what I asked for. Second, I went home and after taking a shower in the evening 2 of my nails bubbled up and started to peel. And last, I called to get it fixed and they may me wait 45 minutes and had an attitude about it. They proceeded to make it my fault. Thieves. Never go here. I walk in and say I'd like a pedicure and not a full manicure, no polish, but clean up my fingernails. Great. We all know that costs $35-$50 for both of them depending on the day or the special. I sit, asked a question to which I say no I've never been here. Next question is which flavor do you want and I'm handed a laminated sheet with dense type which is not a price list. Flavor? I don't care, which one do you like? Green tea, fine. I read my book, wonder why it's taking so long but they aren't busy so whatever, keep reading. Realize it's taking so long I'm going to be late for my meeting and text to push it back an hour. Finally it's done and I need to get the hell out of there so I hand over my credit card. "It's $75." WTAF??????? No, it should be around $40. Oh, you picked this, you saw the price list. The hell I did, show me. So I'm handed three laminated sheets of which I only saw the one and they point out there's some random faded scribble in the middle of it. And you're supposed to know that "what flavor do you want" means we're going to charge you twice as much as a f#%@ing pedicure should cost and yes that's a clear coat on your fingers when you said you wanted nothing. And then we're going to say "You can't read? You should ask the price." Thieves. Jerks and thieves and entirely willing to charge whatever they feel like when you give your credit card. Yes, I've never been here and before and you're damn right that I'll never go back again. You shouldn't either. read more

Had scheduled an appointment with a friend. I was early and thought I could just pick out colors, ended up getting pressured to start before my friend had even arrived so others could be serviced in a timely manner....but my myself. The "owner" fella rushed around and was very abrasive with everyone. Another couple of gals had walked in and sat down with a Tech only for it to end in an argument and they left...they knew something I did not yet. Ended up getting the Dip Nails that cost $40.00! Just to find out they did not even include the regular manicure perks such as trimming the cuticles. The Tech told me that is usually another $5.00....the manicure was already $40.00, how in the heck are the basics not included. Anyway, the Dip Nails were put on extremely thinck and after only 2 days have already chipped. The best part to me was at the end, the Tech walked me to the front to dry my toes just to watch her talk negatively about me to another Tech, both of the employees being 6 feet away from where I was sitting.....as if I couldn't clearly see them. I would recommend trying another place. read more
