My experience was a 5/10 because I had to wait 30 minutes and my appointment was passed so that just waisted a lot of my time, when I got to sit down the lady started to do my nails and when she filing my cuticle down my nail started burning and then when she put the asitone on it also started burning a lot so if you go to this salon there will be a 50-90% chance of this will happen to you because the person I went to get my nails done with this happened to her to and this was my first time going to this salon so congrats on making a great first impression, not.! read more

I went to nail and spa yesterday 03/02, i noticed a sharp pain and saw blood that appeared today, i will not be going back, as you can see, the nail lady cut my cuticle very deep on the sides and top. Super disappointing because they were super welcoming but the job was poor. read more

10/10 recommend Nail & Spa! Kim normally does my nails and never disappoints. I recommend calling pretty early in the day to get an appointment for the same day. I normally can get into same day, but they are busy and prefer appointments! - Appointments make their lives easier! The salon is always clean and put together. They have you wash your hands when you walk in before touching all the nail sample colors. There are always warm fresh towels!!! Huge color & design selection. Everyone at Nail & Spa is helpful, kind and talkative. But Kim is my main girl, love her & she never fails!!! read more

Typically I love this place, but they really missed the mark today. Their employees are either really good, or awful - no in between. I got a dip manicure today and I've never seen something SO thick. The shape is awful and they are so uneven. This would look ok if my 12 year old sister was trying dip on me for the first time, but that's not the case here. Very disappointed read more

The man who did my nails was very rude and short with me the whole time. To the point the other staff, who were all very kind and good at what they do, were commenting to him. The pedicure itself was fine however both my toes and nails look horrible. The paint was not evenly applied and it looks like I've had this pedicure for a week. I just got it 5 hours ago. read more

I'm not sure what happened on this pedicure. I usually have a good experience, but this was really pretty painful. He grated the top of my ring toe and the inside skin on my heel. Then he burned my inside ankle bone with the rock. My foot is in pretty decent pain the day after. I don't think I'll be going back. read more

Love this nail salon. Usually busy so make a reservation, since they have been open maybe got to walk in and get an appointment once. Love the ambiance, soothing brown tones, fish tank, great leather massage chairs, clean, friendly people, great nail colors, quality pedicure. I upgraded to a gel pedicure with salt scrub leg massage for 50. My sister did the same, though no gel for 35. Great prices, any pedicure service with gel is an added 15 dollars. Will say it's one of the best within the twin cities that I have experienced. read more

This is my go to place for acrylics. They do a great job every time. Ruby did my set this time, my first time with her, and she did a phenomenal job. She is an artist on the side so she could really do any design you wanted. She is also very creative so she could free style on your nails and it would be crazy good. I definitely will be returning read more

This is my second time going here! First time got gel manicure and my child got a manicure too paid $35. My child was charged $3. Second time I got gel mani/pedi and she got painted mani/pedi, our total bill was $85. The gentleman -David that sits near the door is kind of rude to customers that walk in and have appointments. Your sign clearly states either is welcome. He said my daughter too young to get her nails done. The women workers are all very nice. They do a very nice job on nails and cuticle work. I find the pricing to differ each time I go. read more

For several years my daughter and I have gone to Nails&Spa. Their service has always been consistently very good plus the continual improvements to the shop have enhanced the experience. Yesterday, I received perhaps the best manicure and pedicure ever in my many years of overindulging my hands and feet. Excellent experience. Thank you, Erica...you were exceptional! read more

After going for over 10 years I am now done. They changed and not for the better. Prices are up. They speak to each other and it feels like they are talking about you. I made a reservation 5 weeks early due to family coming in town and wanted to bring my niece as a treat. My niece asked if they can just do a basic manicure while she was getting a pedicure very basic with clear polish. They said "NO" we don't have time. Too busy. Yet.... 3 of the employees were sitting around filing their nails or on their telephones. I love to support local, but they were rude as well. My tip reflected the horrible service and at the register the gal said, this is for two? I said yes it is. I am done. read more

Worst pedicure I've had and I'm 60. Let the polish set for 3 hrs then put on shoes, smudged both big toes. $65+tip no thanks

One of the best Pedicures I've had it in a long time and I'm religious about getting my nails done. The girl that did my toes did beyond an awesome job and it is very reasonable in price compared to most nail salons. Mint scrub gave a awesome tingle and left my skin super soft! Will defiently be back! Also a great place to bring kids. Both my girls got their nails painted with design and they loved it! :) read more

Nice prices for quality service. Fantastic pedicure chairs, with better-than-standard massage, plus folding supports so you don't have to hold your legs aloft during callous treatments. I opted for the sea salt glow add-on, and was pleased to have herbal scrub options (mint, rosemary, lavender) in addition to the usual fruity offerings (mango, orange, lemon). The best and most unusual perk was being given an accurate wait time. I went in without an appointment and was asked if I would be OK to soak my feet for 15 minutes before my service began. 5 minutes to choose polish and get comfortable, working minutes soaking, then Tu was there to give me a great pedicure! read more

My girls and nails have never been any happier. I would recommend this nail spa to anyone because they are fast, professional and take good care of your needs. I had to go back for my daughter's nail due to some waverly nail turn out the day before and the owner personally gave her the attention she asked for. She is astonished, for me my nail was also done and look marvelous same goes for my youngest daughter that I took on that day. read more

The place was very dirty. They use electric filers for everything and there was so much nail dust everywhere that got all over my clothes. My pedicure nail job was awful. Lots of clumps with the top coat. I will not be going back. read more

I used to love this place. I was a regular and the only person I liked doing my nails is David, I haven't really had any great experiences with the ladies. Recently it seems more pushy and rushed. I honestly hate getting pedis from here now. They can be a little aggressive and "miss some steps in the pedi you're paying for" so make sure you're paying attention it's happened more than once with different people. Last time I came in it was very messy. It also seems like the price keeps rising, I understand the last couple of rough years... but luckily I've found a new place that takes their time, puts more art into their work, better priced, and seems to talk less shit in front of your face. I don't feel comfortable here anymore, it's disappointing. read more

Great service! I called last minute as I had an appointment at another place and left after waiting 30 minutes. They got me right in and my tech did a wonderful job! read more

I will never go back to this salon. The technician I had was rough and not very personable. She cut one of my toes and couldn't get it to stop bleeding. When I complained that it hurt she replied that she had cut my other foot as well. She said I needed a design and put a large flower on each big toe. I told her I didn't really like it but there was no response. When I went to pay I was charged for the design and when I mentioned my cut foot there was no response from the manager. No apologies or offer to discount the service - nothing! I'm still in pain and it hurts when I walk. I would not recommend this salon to anyone! read more

I really liked this salon. Its relatively new (less than a year) since opening so I hope they make it. The music is calming, the stations are very comfy, they offer you water, and its a comfortable setting. A fill is a great price at $17 and my girl did an excellent job! She was pleasant and she spoke good English. They did not have that annoying banter going on between the techs like you get at some nail salons. I also had an amazing pedicure. The girl took her time, explained to me they do not use the "cheese grater" callous removers but she did an excellent job with the sandpaper block and my feet feel baby smooth. The massage you can add on for the medium level pedicure was amazing! I highly recommend it for $5 extra. They also use the hot stones which I love! The owners were present and seemed very helpful. I most definitely will be back and I highly recommend this place. Give it a try! read more

This is hands down my favorite nail salon in the cities. Even after moving across town I still come back to nails and spa after trying other places. The staff is friendly and usually remembers the clients. I typically get gel manicures and they always last two weeks, no cracking or discoloration (I've experienced that at other places) the salon was recently remodeled and the pedi chairs are very nice. Their services are also reasonably priced. Nails and spa also takes reservations which is very convenient! read more

I came here to get my nails done for prom. I payed $95 ($85 and a $10 tip) for a gel pedicure and gel acrylics. A woman did my toes and it was lovely they look amazing. David did my nails and he did a very rushed and aggressive job. I thought they looked fine though. The next day layers of the gel coats started peeling off. I assume this is because he did not allow the layers to dry properly before putting on more polish. 5 days after I recover my manicure, the thumb nail has broken off, three nails are peeling, and I am very upset. $45 down the drain. read more

Unfortunately, i will never go back to this salon. I took my my mom to get her nails done for her birthday party that evening and I wanted to let her have a fun spa day as well. My manicure was great but on the other hand my moms not so much. Her nail tech was angry, aggressive and used dirty tools. She also missed steps that we usually get when we get our nails done. My mom was so upset and felt she couldn't speak up because of how rude her nail tech was. Thankfully my moms color looks good but her nails and fingers are sore and in pain from this manicure. I DO NOT recommend going here. read more

All of the staff are very attentive to your needs. They often go above and beyond - staying open late to finish up later appointments without rushing to get you out the door. The quality of their work is excellent as well. I usually get gel manicure with spa pedicure but have also used their waxing services when needed. I have been coming to Nail & Spa for about 2 years now and have no plans to go elsewhere for nail care anytime soon. read more

This nail salon is dirty - the place is covered in dust. The employees are rude... they do not say hello or talk to you. All of the employees talk to each other the entire time you are getting your nails done. The last time I was in the salon they did an awful job on my no chip - will not be returning to a dirty salon with rude employees who don't even do a good job! read more

This salon has consistently gone down hill in customer service and cleanliness. The owners cannot be bothered to say hello or acknowledge their repeat customers. The tables, fans, nail lights and every surface is coated in nail dust. My last manicure experience with my daughter was truly terrible. Every nail technician around us, including the owner was engaged in loud ongoing conversation which did not include the customers they were working with - cackling, laughing & joking amongst one another. I left with a headache. Staff follow the owners lead which has resulted in rude and unprofessional behavior that I will never return and be subject to again. read more

Hit or miss. My daughter and came here for a gel manicure for a girl's weekend. We started near our appointment time and they lamented we couldn't sit together but we were okay with it. I got started first, and my daughter sat in the row behind me so I couldn't see her. The lady who I had was very kind and I felt comfortable with her. This was the first time I've ever had gels and I felt they turned out really well. My daughter was done a few minutes before me and I noticed they had her go to the sink and wash her hands. I met her at the register and 5 of her 10 cuticles were actually bloody. She said the man who worked on her used liquid bandaid on her but her one finger wouldn't stop bleeding. This concerned me because of cross-contamination and how unacceptable it is that someone could be so damaging. There were three men doing manicures that day. The other two were wearing chain necklaces. If we go back we will make sure we don't get this person. read more

This place is great! Covid aware and really nice people! Great foot massage with pedicures!

I got a pedicure in June 2020 and had my toenail polish on for 2 months. When I took my toenail polish off I had this mark on my toe. I'm not necessarily saying it's from the salon, but I never get my nails done and I've never had this problem before. I'm pretty sure this is a fungus which would mean that they aren't sanitizing their items correctly. I just wanted others to be aware as this has never happened before to me and I don't frequently get my nails done at a salon. It was the first time I went to this particular store. I haven't changed my routine in any other way. read more
