Every T.A.P. Gel nails?? I just recently found out about the process. It's fairly new but Holy cow, it's a game changer! I happened upon Bella Nails after a Google and Yelp search. They are one of a few salons that do this at least in my area! The Salon Not sure how long they've been around, but the people there have only owned it for a little over a year at the time of this review. They were THE sweetest salon I've ever been to! So kind and welcoming and not too busy to help you! I've been to a few other local salons and have felt like I was bothering them or they were annoyed that I said ow when they were basically burning my nail when removing old gel nails. Needless to say, it was refreshing how patient and kind Bella Nails is! Kevin was fantastic and Vivi, who made me feel so very welcome as well. The Process T.A.P. Gel Nails are a blend of dip and gel polish. It took under an hour for the whole process (nail prep to finish). AND THEY CAN FILL THEM!! No more ripping/sanding off old dip to put new on. Pedicures can be stressful, right? A new place, you don't know how accurate other reviews are, or whether all staff are really good. I saw good reviews (great, actually), so I took a chance, and I'm not disappointed! 5 stars for Hannah. The place is immaculate, the people friendly. But let's talk about the actual pedicure. Amazing! Thorough. Soothing. Getting all that grown cuticle cut back -- you know what I mean. I got the standard pedicure and she did such a nice job on my lower legs -- so smooth now. This was my first visit to Bella Nails, and it will now be my new salon! My first impression was how neat and organized everything was! The staff was very friendly, and they got me in early for my 5:30 appointment, which I appreciated! Kevin did an excellent job, was very attentive, and worked quickly. The shop is immaculate, and I saw technicians clean tools and tables after each client. The prices ($40 for a gel mani), the variety of color choices and nail options, and the ability to book appointments online are a plus! Highly recommend! read more

If you want to go here! Make sure to give them a call and make an appointment. They say walk-in is accepted but it's about 2 hour wait or more. I visited them 30 minutes after it open, they were busy already. I left and went to another place. I will update this review when I do get a chance to get service by them. read more

I had a very positive experience at Bella Nails. I didn't have an appointment and wanted just a basic manicure. The attentive staff were able to accommodate me as a walk in even though there were other people getting mani/pedis/ gels. Super reasonably priced and easy parking too. I would definitely return to Bella Nails. read more

My children had purchased a $75 gift certificate to Bella Nails in White Bear Lake as a Christmas gift for me. The gift certificate had no expiration date. When I went to use it, they said they wouldn't honor it because the one who signed the certificate was no longer the owner. Saw all the wonderful reviews and decided to go for mani/pedis. I was not disappointed. Very thorough and very kind. They took special care of my 8 year old daughter. She loved her manicure and her toes look super cute too. I wanted to try the dip nail colors because I heard they are better for thinner nails. They definitely feel stronger. I was a little surprised at how much surrounded my finger tip after being dipped but she cleaned it up. There was still some spots on my skin but cleaned off easily and I don't mind because my nails feel so strong. It is a little pricey but reasonable, I think it's worth it. The ladies there are all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back! read more

Michelle worked a miracle on my horrible toes. I have had fungal nails for 15 years and in 5 sessions with Michelle, she cleared away all the dead built up tissue under and around my nails and got my nails looking healthier than they have been for all those years. She also took care of the ingrown nails. All without a drop of blood or pain. I had regular pedicures at many nail salons over the years, but they were all reluctant to tackle the problem. This place is whack. One they don't honor the prices on their website. Says $55 for combo luxury pedi and mani. Charged $85 instead!! Just made up what they wanted to charge on the spot. If that's what you charge fine, but then update your damn website! Also gave me toe nail fungus. Use tools that are NOT disinfected. They use dremel tools and do not change the head for each person. Read other reviews, the fact that they even take other ppl with toe fungus proves how unsanitary. They are way too aggressive with cutting corners of toenails and that gives you ingrown toenails. No where else does this! These people need to be shut down by the state. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Enter at your own risk. read more

Came here for a mani pedi since I was in the area and it is now my new favorite nail salon! I was greeted upon entering which made me feel very welcome. I was offered water and asked what services I would like. Boy I tell you they have so many colors for gel polish and also dipping powders. It was nice that they were able to fit me in by just a walk in. The environment is so clean and inviting. The nail technicians are all so friendly. It's definitely a setting if you need to relax. My daughter and I had our toes done this afternoon by Bella's nails in White Bear Lake. We have been coming to this establishment for many years and thoroughly enjoyed it until today. My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas for my daughter and I to enjoy. I went to redeem the gift certificate after the spa service today and was told that there was new ownership and that they would not honor the gift certificate. The husband of the owner was very rude and threw the gift certificate back at us. We were told by the owner that the reason they would not honor the gift certificate was because they were losing too much money honoring the gift certificates and that they were not benefiting from them. This is not a way to start a new ownership in this community. Sadly we will not be returning. BEWARE. read more
