I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. It's great service and relaxing! The staff is nice and it's very cute and clean inside.

I have gone to Daisy nails for quite a few years for pedicures and manicures. I go every few weeks. I am extremely satisfied with the service I get there. Everyone is so helpful and nice. over all the staff are very friendly. but were the first one there had an appointment but felt rushed because the got busy. one started my nails sent me to a different lady and she started doing it a whole different way, and there mostly crooked. I had an appointment on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 3:45pm. Not only was I taken on time, I was taken early! Hannah was my nail tech. I requested French Manicured acrylic nails. She did an AMAZING job. I have cuticle beds that bleed easily, I never bled once with her. She was careful and very particular about how everything looked. I love my nails! I will most definitely be back! Thanks, Hannah!! This place is a joke. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and not only did they not honor it, they acted like it was my problem that they were so busy that they took a walk in in place of my appointment. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau because they also have shady business practices. Stay as far away from this place as possible. read more

We made an appointment and were on time. When we went in we discussed how long the services would take because my daughter needed to get to an event. We decided it would be possible to do an express mani, just polish on the toes, and eyebrows. After my daughter contacted me to tell me they didn't start her when I left, (this was like over 20 minutes later) I called and spoke with Daisy nails directly and told them just to do color on the fingernails, no manicure, no toes and no eyebrows since at that point, I wasn't sure there would be enough time to do what was planned. I was waiting for my daughter to say they were done so I could pick her up or send my husband since we live close. When I arrived the fingers were painted and she had done the eyebrows. I was surprised because I specifically told them not to do the brows. I wish they would have had her ask me. They knew I had told them to skip everything because of the time constraint. I paid $15 for polish. and $15 for brows. I think the best thing in the future to prevent miscommunication is to double check with the person paying. I ended up having to compromise with the service she really needed which was a manicure and getting a service that could have waited. She was there for 1 hour and 10 minutes. read more

My first visit I was so happy I was sure I found my new nail place. Second visit was good not quite as good as my pedicure was as I was hoping it to be. My nails were done so well I expected that level of work. They chipped two days later. I ended up getting them done again somewhere else. I've always had pedicure polish last for weeks so I was surprised. If I was to base my rating on just today they would get one star. I called to get my nails filled. I haven't done this since the 2000's. But, I figured the season is here why not. I explained I wanted the same person to do my nails always. It just so happened to be the owner who did my nails. When o called today and asked for him I was told that he was on vacation. And that she didn't know when he would be back that he goes for a long time?!? I felt a big lie was being told as she followed it up with someone else can help you. I said I would wait for him. I also said I would take them off. Nothing. I then said you'd rather lose a client!? She said nothing!?!? I'm just shocked. They own many nail salons. I wish this one was represented like the owners do. It was just rude. read more

And the artists must be direct descendants of Michelangelo, because I have never experienced such a perfect nail job. Not a drop of nail polish was out of place. The lines were clean as if they were printed on by state-of-the-art precision. Even the filing of the nails was smooth. I didn't flinch once. It's as if the nail tech was tuned-in to my every wish. I've never seen someone as fast and steady-handed as she was. On top of the wonderful nail job, speed, and quality for price, the nail artist was also just super pleasant to be around. I was not pushed into buying anything I did not want. She was a lovely person and promoted such a relaxing presence. Terrible. Went right when they opened. Had to wait 40 minutes even though they said 10. Worst spa pedicure I've ever had. No massage at all. The cuticles on my toes are cut up and the person was throwing my feet around like a football. They did my DIL's gel nails in 10 minutes. Do not even try. read more

Beautiful new salon! Very warm and talented staff! Hannah and Ann were so kind and both worked together on my hands and toes which made for impeccable timing on my busy day. They were both extremely friendly and engaging. I have not had a pampered experience like this in quite some time. The environment is very clean, organized and they also offer non-toxic nail polish, unlike some of the highly toxic and unsafe polishes out there. I will definitely be back! What was supposed to be a relaxing and pampering experience ended up being a waste of time and money. I wasted 3 hrs of my time, ended up missing my other appointment due to the nail salon taking so long, wasted the money I paid for the pedicure, and in the end I still have to go to another salon to repaint my toes. I went in for a mani/pedi and the initial appointment was fine overall, although I did have to wait a bit despite having an appointment. I asked the nail technician if the polish was dry and if it was safe to put my shoes on and she said yes. Unfortunately my big toe got smudged. I get that sometimes this happens and can and should be easily fixed, but that wasn't my experience. I called about the polish smudge and tried to make an evening appointment to fix it. I was told the latest they can take me is 4:45 as the salon closes at 5pm. This wasn't ideal because I work 3rd shift, but I agreed to come in then. I ended up waiting for about 15 minutes before being seen. The salon was definitely not closed at 5, and in fact remained full of customers an hour later when I finally left. The nail tech repolished my big toe and sent me to dry. Not sure what happened, but the nail polish didn't turn out smooth. The tech added some clear coat and sent me to dry again. Again it looked off. At this point I was running out of time and patience and offered to purchase the nail polish and fix it myself at home, but was told no. When asked if I can come back the following day to attempt to fix it yet again, I was told they're closed. I was offered NO solutions or alternatives. Awful customer service, will never be back. read more
