The weirdest part is when you search for nail salons CoZy almost never comes up and that's a shame. I made appointments online for a friend and I and requested to sit next to each other, I was so happy when they let us (normally salons are so busy and even when you ask in advance they don't put you next to one another). We arrived to find a shared parking lot with plenty of spots. Inside the vibe gives clean, sterile and relaxing. This salon is NOTHING like the others, it's so peaceful and everyone is so nice. I went with a gel manicure and spent $40 base price. They do prefer cash and charge a fee for credit card, $2 for Amex which beats the charge to take out cash. I cannot wait to return and I'm so excited to have found a salon that I can continue going back to! If you're on the fence, don't be! CoZy deserves the 5 star rating!

Their Solana Pedicure is a favorite of mine to get because it includes so many enhancements and I always conclude feeling completely relaxed. I also enjoy that their pedicure cove doesn't have any overhead lights as the techs have a light closer to your toes so you can close your eyes and feel at peace. The head spa service is performed in the massage rooms, and the room is very private, calming, and comfortable. They provide you with slippers and a robe and ask you to take off your shirt and put the robe on. The service I had was an hour long treatment where they massage your head, shampoo and condition, and then clean your face as well. Towards the end they put a face mask on and turn out the rainbow-shaped water spigot and they massage your arms and wrap your feet in hot towels. They have a sound machine going and dimmed lights so the whole process is calming and relaxing. PRO TIP: if you reference their Groupon for this service, they will honor the price. The only thing I didn't love was that they used Pantene shampoo/conditioner. Would be better if they used Japanese products or something cleaner than basic Pantene. Maybe even a scalp scrub?

The ambiance was just like a zen spa, greenery on the wooden walls, dim lighting and soft music for relaxation. We were both given water and slippers prior to walking to the room. There was 2 beds in the room and vanity on the otherside side. We were both given a robe to change into. The headspa was wonderful, the tech will wash and shampoo your hair, then massage your scalp. Then neck and shoulder massage, plus arm and hand massage. Then the tech wraps your feet with hot towels and applies lotion. Once the headspa was done, they will have you sit at the vanity to blow dry and brush your hair. Definitely recommend. Appointment is required.
