She fixed it enough that it wasn't a major issue, but it didn't leave me feeling very confident. She also spent time writing things down and handling cash during my appointment, and the total unexpectedly changed from $53 to $55 at the end without any explanation. I had enough money with me but I thought that was a little weird. The staff was friendly, and I liked the atmosphere, but the attention to detail just wasn't there. If i'm not sure on a color or design, they are able to help, and know their inventory and colors so well that they will even mix colors to make one that I'm describing. The skill of each of them is phenomenal and I always leave happy. They take my tips off while I get a pedicure so my cost is efficient and relaxing. Their prices are quite reasonable. I made the appointment via text then I just went home after work and she was there waiting for me (right on time). She brings the whole set up, table, electric blanket, towels, music, oil. She even has this oil dispenser thing attached to her so it feels like she never takes her hands off you the entire time.
