What a fun spot to have some R&R with the girls :) We each got two different sessions - I had a facial and then a massage. I really liked my Asian gua sha facial. It was cooling on my face and I got a lot of hydrating treatments. My massage was also really relaxing and my masseuse focused on my problem spots (my shoulders for sure). We did a spa party at Fusion in honor of my cousin who is getting married. Sandy was extremely helpful with setting it up and coordinating all of our appointments. There were 6 in our group and each of us loved the services we got (2 facials and 4 massages). As much as we all loved our services, it was the spa party option that earned the perfect score. The prenatal massage I received was phenomenal. The pressure was just right and they focused on my back, legs and feet since I mentioned having slightly swollen feet. I was offered water or tea upon arrival and taken to the nice waiting room with great aromas. I did not have to fill out any paperwork so getting there only 5-10 minutes early works out well. Best spa experience of my life so far. I keep telling my husband about it. Hint, hint. Aka - Buy me gift certificates for here now. I'm a massage addict, so I've tried more than a lot of places. I have a go-to spot close to me. However, this was the only spa I found with bathes. I needed to soak my weathering body, so I made the 1 hour trek out. I treated myself to a spa day, facial by Haley, then curative bath, ending with a massage by Savita. I called ahead with a billion questions, because I'm needy. The receptionist was extremely patient and provided recommendations. The day of, I arrived almost lunatic mad. I gave myself time to get there 15 minutes early. Nope. Construction caused massive traffic on a late Saturday morning. I arrived exactly at 1pm when my first service started. I was worried it would cut into my time, but they were quick to check me in, show me a undressing area, then their waiting room. I still received a full 60 minute facial and massage. Some places say 60 minutes, but it's really 40 because 20 of it is "consulting" and changing, not here. I highly encourage you to book with Haley and Savita. I was even more impressed that both these services were equally PHENOMENAL, done by two different people. The curative bath is self guided, there's an amazing steam shower in the room to use prior to the bath. You pay for 30 minutes, but they time you for 25, which is definitely enough time to get wrinkley fingers and toes. I felt so rejuvenated, my face looked rested and glowy, and my body felt great. With the three services they gave me 10% off. After gratuity I still felt like it was a steal compared to how amazing my body felt. 8 of us came on a Saturday afternoon for a spa-day bachelorette party and had a great time! There was a private room with a dining table, chairs, and comfy couches for us to lounge in between our services. (Room was free of charge!) I brought bubbly and lunch and it worked perfectly for everyone to come and go in between services. Some guests got massages, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments. Donna, the manager was super easy to work with during the planning stage. She responded quickly to calls/emails and was very helpful day-of the party. Everyone was happy with their services, some have even already gone back for additional services. Overall, it was great! I look forward to coming back soon! This is my new Heaven! I drive 25 mn to get to this place but it's worth it. The front staff (Summer) is very nice and helpful. Tish is wonderful, first we started with a facial, I came back for a second facial and a massage. The combo was perfect. I haven't met the owner but she has great tastes. Through Groupon I learned about Fusion Lifespa, and I'm very happy I did! My mother and I bought 2 packages each. Booking appointments was easy and the staff was very friendly over the phone. When you check in you can change into comfy robes and enjoy water or tea while waiting in a zen lounge. For our first appointment my mom did the Hammam private bathing ritual and then a spa massage. I was adventurous and decided on trying the colonic and then the Hammam private bathing ritual after. My mom enjoyed her package and especially liked her massage therapist, Alex Kornel. For me, I'll have to say it was an interesting experience and perhaps leave it at that. I've never had a colonic before and it was to say the least, an uncomfortable situation. If I were to get another colonic in the future I'd come back to Fusion, but I just don't foresee wanting another colonic ever again. The Hammam bathing ritual included a whirlpool tub, candles, soothing music, and a steam shower. You have an hour to soak/steam, however I barely made it past 30 minutes. There's combs/brushes and a hair dryer if you end up washing your hair (remember to bring styling products if you use them). For our second appointment my mom had a facial, and I enjoyed the the bathing ritual and massage. My mom loved her facial, and I loved my massage. I had Alex Kornel as well, and he was amazing. I highly recommend. I left feeling like a noodle with all my stress melted away. read more

I had a spa day with a girlfriend for her birthday. We both had Signature Fusion Facials, Clementine & Cranberry body polish (highly recommend!!), and 60-minute massages. My massage was with Ryan and she was fabulous. Our entire experience was excellent. We brought salads and the refrigerated and plated them for us - which was so nice! I can't say enough about this place. I started going here about 5 years ago, as my husband got me a gift certificate here. It's about 45 minutes away from my house, so I don't get to go often, but it is amazing...it is worth the drive! Heidi gives the best hot stone massages a person could ask for. The curative baths and steam showers are divine. I leave feeling more relaxed than I ever have in my life. The relaxation room that you get to wait in is so inviting; comfortable chairs to put your feet up, a warm inviting fireplace, calming smells, and music. It sets the mood for a relaxing day. Avoid at all costs. I really don't understand how this place is in business. My husband and I had a horrible experience getting massages this afternoon. My masseuse started off by saying "just so you know- I'm starting early so I'm ending early". Fine but please don't start my massage that way. Secondly, I had to wear a mask during my massage. If they would have told me in March 2022 I would have to wear a mask DURING MY MASSAGE, I would have gone elsewhere. I've had dozens of massages since Covid. This is the first I've had to wear a mask. Secondly, it was LOUD. I heard every conversation in the lobby and room next door. Third, I had a 60 minute massage and told the masseuse my back was bothering me and I needed it worked. She did not even TOUCH my back. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else. I've had massages 100x better at the mall. My husband and I were incredibly disappointed we wasted our PTO and lots of money at this horrid establishment. Just went yesterday for a 90 minute facial and it was really, really good. Turns out they basically make all their own products - I had a goat cheese mask! They also carry Organic Pharmacy products, which I really like. I am in my 40s and have been having facials since I was a teenager so I am really picky about treatments and heard this Spa was great. She was excited and knowledgable about the products, which got me excited. She let me know in advance what to expect and she was so thoughtful and nurturing through out the entire service. I've only been a couple of times, but if I could justify the expense, would go again and again! Both times, I went for a facial. Yesterday, I had an appointment with Barbara, and my skin is so smooth and soft today. She told me each thing she did and why, using really natural ingredients. I have very sensitive skin, and often find that I can't go out in public after a facial due to the redness. Not so here. My skin immediately looked healthy with a nice glow. She also recommended a product I could use to ensure my skin had this same glow on my wedding day in a month. The staff is incredibly friendly and warm, from the front desk onward. None of that stuffy/snooty front desk stuff like at other salons/spas. If you can arrive a bit before your appointment, you won't be disappointed. This was my very first massage/spa experience, what a wonderful birthday gift idea I thought! The appearance and the interior of the place was wonderful and beautiful. I arrived to the place 15 mins early like I was instructed. The ladies at the front were busy so another worker took me back to the waiting room and said she will check me in. I was given a glass of water and was left. 10 mins past, 20 mins past, 30 mins past and I was still waiting for my service. Finally someone walked in and stated " Oh my i'm so sorry we forgot about you, didn't remember you where back here...." So they went and got my massage therapist and she herself stated "oh my we thought you were not coming". I don't mean to sound rude but this was my first experience and being forgotten about like that made me feel not important and definitely not relaxed...customer service? So I was brought to my 60 min massage and asked what aromatherapy I would like and was brought a robe finally to change into. The massage started and it was great....until my therapist started talking and talking and talking for an hour....finally the next thing was my foot soak. All it is consisted of was having my feet sit in hot water with aromatherapy and a 5 min foot massage after. Not the service I was expecting. The next day I looked down at my legs and I have bruises going all the way up my legs from the massage with a few on my back, when I asked for a soft touch. I don't mean to sound rude about things.
