I made the appointment via text then I just went home after work and she was there waiting for me (right on time). She brings the whole set up, table, electric blanket, towels, music, oil. She even has this oil dispenser thing attached to her so it feels like she never takes her hands off you the entire time. After checking the reviews and seeing nothing but top marks across the board, I was convinced! This is a building off of highway 7 in SLP with street parking along the road next to it. Inside, there's a simple but comfortable waiting room. My reflexologist Mary Ann welcomed me warmly and since it was my first time, told me about reflexology and how it works. She asked if I had anything in particular I wanted to work on, and got started. My feet are usually so ticklish, but they weren't at all during the session! Throughout, Mary Ann told me which pressure points correlated to which parts of the body - so fascinating. I could definitely tell when she hit the points that correlate with where I hold tension: my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It was a soothing and relaxing session, and I learned so much. At the end, Mary Ann even showed me which parts of my hand I can press on myself when I'm feeling tension in certain areas.
