They make yoga so accessible even for people who are completely new. The studio is a calm and inviting space that always feels like a sanctuary. Since starting yoga classes I've also begun attending their meditation class and it's been a remarkable experience. For something that was pretty foreign to me months ago I'm often surprised by what comes up during meditation. I haven't gotten a massage yet, but when my husband had a tight and painful hip Krista, using massage, stretching, and cupping, fixed him! Another great thing about Zen Den is the cost.
