Unfortunately I started my period the morning of the massage, and when I let Anicha know she became extremely concerned with my comfort levels. She allowed me to switch to a table massage instead of the originally planned Thai massage, and even consulted with him while I was changing to make sure I was okay keeping the appointment and wasn't just being polite. She was just really concerned that I would be uncomofortable and wouldn't get the most out of the massage. That actual massage was amazing! She used an excellent amount of pressure (I like really intense pressure) and basically worked through 2 years worth of postdocing-in-a-pandemic stress that has accumulated in my shoulders, lol. At the end, she wished me happy birthday and gave me a little trinket souvenir from Thailand. So sweet! I am sad that I didn't find Anicha sooner since I am moving out of MPLS, but I highly recommend her if you are looking for a really nice, deep, effective massage.

I've been seeking massage services on an as-needed basis for years around the TC metro, there are simply none like him. He's flexible with scheduling, punctual (he does home visits), and very knowledgeable. Even after our session he coached me on how to take care of my body. You can be a little sore the day after, but that's normal when you're working on knots and problem areas. FYI, deep tissue massage means that there will be some level of pain during the session, but Jeff is very skilled at listening to you and your body - it's a good kind of pain and it's tolerable - I still managed to fall asleep. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Lots of places and people I have gone to simply work on an area, and then do not take the extra step (perhaps due to not knowing) of explaining how things came about that way, how this problem can be personally worked on alone, and really just makes that extra step to show that he cares... quick to fix an issue and address a group of muscles of "zones" that are a problem, and every session I feel like he is applying different methods for whatever issue may call for it. Very respectful, discreet, and I look forward to coming to him regularly; with his fantastic rate. ( $65 for an hour was my choice, but I believe he also does a 90 for 90 deal among several other great offers....) One of the best, and certainly the best message experience I have had. I don't often rave about places/restaurants/services, but this guy is the real deal!

First of all, the massage itself was one of the best I've ever had. Relaxing, for sure. But, more importantly, Heather really worked all the tension and knots out of my muscles. One of those rare therapeutic massages that goes deep enough to address all your issues but still leaves you feeling so good. Secondly, it's the most convenient way to get a massage. I made the appointment via text then I just went home after work and she was there waiting for me (right on time). She brings the whole set up, table, electric blanket, towels, music, oil. She even has this oil dispenser thing attached to her so it feels like she never takes her hands off you the entire time. When it was over, she packs up and leaves and I don't need to make myself presentable or drive anywhere. Already home and relaxed. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
