They make yoga so accessible even for people who are completely new. The studio is a calm and inviting space that always feels like a sanctuary. Since starting yoga classes I've also begun attending their meditation class and it's been a remarkable experience. For something that was pretty foreign to me months ago I'm often surprised by what comes up during meditation. I haven't gotten a massage yet, but when my husband had a tight and painful hip Krista, using massage, stretching, and cupping, fixed him! Another great thing about Zen Den is the cost. There are so few studios you can find where an unlimited membership is $99 (for founding members). It's the best $99 I spend every single month.
