If you do, they will waive the service fee for you. The whole atmosphere is so relaxing and beautiful. (And clean!) We did a couple's massage that came with a foot soak. I remember thinking that the massage chair was getting out the knots in my back and shoulders, but that was nothing compared to our actual massage Ann and Tamara were SO sweet and kind. Also very professional. They helped us feel really relaxed and comfortable during the whole experience. There were a ton of shoes in the lobby, yet I only saw one other couple! Once again, so very relaxing and calm. Treat yourself by going here!

After checking the reviews and seeing nothing but top marks across the board, I was convinced! This is a building off of highway 7 in SLP with street parking along the road next to it. Inside, there's a simple but comfortable waiting room. My reflexologist Mary Ann welcomed me warmly and since it was my first time, told me about reflexology and how it works. She asked if I had anything in particular I wanted to work on, and got started. My feet are usually so ticklish, but they weren't at all during the session! Throughout, Mary Ann told me which pressure points correlated to which parts of the body - so fascinating. I could definitely tell when she hit the points that correlate with where I hold tension: my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It was a soothing and relaxing session, and I learned so much. At the end, Mary Ann even showed me which parts of my hand I can press on myself when I'm feeling tension in certain areas. We had a wonderful conversation and Mary Ann's laughter is enough to brighten any one's day, reflexology aside. Plus they have a Yelp check in offer for 10% off. I'll definitely be back!

The 2 of us did a UV sauna (which was really new to me, but you can select your settings for either muscle tension release vs overall relaxation etc at they combine the light, with soothing music, and nice dry heated sauna setup). We followed this up with a facial. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE PART! They did a customized facial asking questions about my skin quality and doing a mini-assessment right on the spot. The facial was like a mini massage, gentle chemical peel (my sensitive skin did really well), extraction of blackheads, and moisturizing/oxygen mask all in one. Then we finished the AM with a full body massage! These are always amazing, but I felt very comfortable with such professional care and the ability to direct pressures and areas of focus for my masseuse. With all of these services, there was no wait, we hopped seamlessly from room-to-room while wearing my overstuffed cozy spa robe and provided flipflops while someone else transported our bins of personal items alongside us. Honestly, I felt so spoiled and taken care of. I don't often splurge on things like this and you always want to be sure it is worth it.... Tree of Life is worth it! She always seems to be intensely focused on me and my massage for the entire duration of the service--in other words, I feel like I am getting my money's worth! Julie puts me at ease and doesn't make small talk, letting me get into my "zone" and concentrate on breathing and releasing tension. Bonus is that the studio is located in my neighborhood and within walking distance of my house. It's not a busy place with lots of people coming in and out-- in fact each time I have been there, I was the only client. It makes for a really relaxed experience. Oh, and the online scheduling option is great! A couple things to be aware of: The studio is located in the second floor of a older home, which I think is super cozy, but may not be for everyone (i.e. it is not a luxury spa). It is also a little warmer in hot months, again, not a problem for me but if you like a really cool room it's something to consider. It is located just off a busy intersection and not too far from the airport, so there is some traffic/airplane noise, but I'm a city gal so I hardly notice.
