About 9 weeks ago I went in to have a reflexology full body treatment. I have been here as a customer several times. When I left my appointment, I felt like I normally do and was relaxed but my body felt "off" on my right side. Like really off! I went home and went to straight to bed and couldn't get comfortable and started to experience pain and a burning fire from my neck, my right shoulder down into my right hand. It became absolutely excruciating! The nerve pain was on fire! Since my appointment at Hand & Aroma Massage, I was bed bound for 4 weeks, had to quit my job because I cannot function, I have been in pain every single day, my right hand is still completely numb from nerve injury nd I do not have any feeling in it STILL! My life has completely fallen apart literally just from getting a massage and having someone injure me, possibly permanently! Do NOT go here! It is not worth it and I do not want anyone else to suffer like I have and STILL am constantly! It's been almost 9 weeks of total HELL WARNING!!!! URGENT UPDATE October 10th....i STILL do not have feeling in my right hand! My hand is completely numb from getting a reflexology appointment here! I am sooooo UPSET! Since JULY it has been 3 months since I was injured at Hand & Aroma Massage!

I remember thinking that the massage chair was getting out the knots in my back and shoulders, but that was nothing compared to our actual massage Ann and Tamara were SO sweet and kind. Also very professional. They helped us feel really relaxed and comfortable during the whole experience. There were a ton of shoes in the lobby, yet I only saw one other couple! Once again, so very relaxing and calm. Treat yourself by going here!

She is very honest, knowledgeable, sensitive, and inclusive in her teaching. The weekend we spent together in class truly was a gentle exercise in cleaving a space together for peace and spiritual respite. During such a chaotic time in the world, it truly is valuable to learn how to be mindful, spend time in our bodies, and take healing presence with those in our community. Whenever I had additional questions or commentary, Jill also made sure to take the time to respond and discuss in detail while managing the pace of the class. She is respectful when presented with different perspectives, honors the backgrounds of her students, and is affirming of other paths. If you're considering Holy Fire Reiki as a healing art, I highly recommend Jill as a teacher and the services provided at the Minnesota Reiki Center for Healing and Training.

BEST massage I've received in the last 10 years in Eagan. If you demand a posh experience with…read moreextravagant and lavish decor, look elsewhere. But if you want a great massage at an average price, you'll love it here. I requested a deep tissue massage and got great hands on pressure the entire time. I especially loved their technique for massaging the neck and glutes. I felt so refreshed and HEALED after my 60 minutes (not 50 minutes) session. I also loved that I was able to walk in to get a massage; some places require you to book an appointment 1 to 2 months in advance. SO convenient that I can get a massage as needed. I'm cancelling my 13 year membership at Massage Envy and planning to come back here whenever I need a great massage. Honestly, the quality of the massage I received was as good as the ones at high end places that charge twice as much. I wasn't too thrilled about how the place looks from the outside; I almost cancelled and drove back home. But after thinking about it, I'm glad to not be paying for "curb appeal" of the building, I'd rather be paying for a great massage while they keep their other costs down.
