Had been suffering from upper body back pain for years and it had interfered with my daily life. After reading several reviews and finally give Serenity Message a try. Had a wonderful therapeutic, deep tissues massage by Raouf. He's a very nice guy, very knowledgeable at what he does, and thorough explained the procedures. I was skeptical about the outcome right after my session because my body ached all over. The told me to rest and not go to the gym until a day or two. I was going to make another appointment for a follow up but I didn't need too. My upper back pain had been relieved and I'm healed from all these years of back pains and suffering. Omg....I was so shocked and amazed at his work. I highly recommend him to those with pain or in need of a good message and especially those who suffered from sport injuries. I will definitely use his service again. read more

Not as excellent as other people say he is nor as uniquely talented as he himself claims to be while giving you the massage. Would not recommend. read more

Amazing!!! I usually do not give that good reviews, but as this place opened new - I heard a few of my friends raving about Raouf and how good he is. By far, one of the best massages every received. He knows the tension spots exactly and was able to trigger my pain points. After I left, I felt as I was walking on air for the rest of the day. This is definitely a must try!!! Beats massage envy and all the others around. read more

I went here with a Groupon for a 90 minute massage and I thankful I did! I have now found a new massage place to frequent. I live with pain and the massage was truly the only thing that has made me feel better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing massage! read more

Raouf was fantastic and you can tell he has 20+ years of experience with massage and the human body. The massage itself was relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling ready to take in the world. The facility is not brand new and that was fine since I wanted a relaxing massage over a fancy dance decor. I will certainly recommend serenity! read more

No email confirmation of appointment. Door was locked upon arrival. Waited 25 minutes and no one showed up or answered my phone calls.

Absolutely incredible! Thank you! More than I could have hoped for - truly talented, educated and qualified to evaluate, assess, and provide exactly what the body needs. Very professional and courteous, kind and comfortable. Extremely well-outfitted to do business in the setting of COVID-19 and make clients feel safe and respected. read more

Excellent !! Both Terry and Raouf give the best massages, both using different techniques. Thanks guys for the help with this aging body.

The five stars is for the massage itself, not the facility or the service. A few helpful things first- Serenity Massage shares a space with Body Builders. It is easy to walk right past. Maybe I missed part of the facility, but the picture listed is NOT what it looks like. If you try to call, chances are you will have to leave a message and get a call back. (Or just call, they called me back simply off missed calls.) I found a groupon Serentiy Massage, which made the price one that I could not refuse! ok- on to the massage- I have had several different massages in my life. I've had some where you just lay there and feel good about someone rubbing oil on you. I've had some where your body is contorted in painful ways and you aren't sure what mental illness you suffer from that you would pay someone for such treatment. Raouf Sultan gave the perfect balanced massage. I went because I had tension building in my neck and shoulders, but also because I am recovering from a sports injury and the swelling was bad. Who knew that Roulf had training in sports medicine, chiropractics, and massage? It was perfect. He talked me through the treatment to make sure the pressure was appropriate and told me where my trouble points were and how to prevent them in the future. I left feeling amazingly better; moreover, I slept like a baby and felt even better the next day! Unfortunately, I was only visiting the Twin Cities so I am unable to visit Roulf more often. For anyone who lives here, I would HIGHLY recommend going to see him. You will feel better, be healthier, sleep more soundly, and just be in a better mood! read more

Raouf is an incredible masseuse. He has an extensive background in physical therapy and sports medicine, on top of having 20+ years of experience. He's very easy to talk to, makes you feel comfortable, and knows exactly what he's doing. He uses such a wide variety of techniques, it felt like I was getting 5 different massages at once. Thank you Raouf! read more

Five stars! Raouf is an extremely talented, professional individual and I would recommend his work to anyone who wants quality work done. He was attentive to my needs as a first time client and consulted with me to customize the appointment. It was both relaxing and therapeutic amd I felt absolutely fantastic at the end. I prebooked my next appointment before I left - it was everything I wanted and more! Definitely coming back. read more

I used to suffer some bad back and neck pain. Been to doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapy...10 years later I am still in pain. Then...I heard about Raouf and decided to Try him out. All I have to say is that I leave his office, feeling like I am walking on water. No pain anymore! He is a must!!! read more

Wow. Had a confirmed appointment today and the door was locked. Sign says to wait until masseuse comes to let you in but actually waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and no one showed up. Complete waste of my time and no communication from anyone about it. Complete dead zone there. read more

i was in a automobile accident the end of 2015 had no experience with local massage therapists. i went to raouf based entirely on yelp reviews. the massage therapy i received from him was exactly what my body and mind needed following this traumatic event. raouf's working knowledge of massage modalities is extensive and he gently and intensely met my individual needs. in addition, raouf processed all paperwork and billing from the automobile insurance company in an accurate and timely manner--thus i did not have to be concerned about this aspect of my healing. raouf is a gift and i recommend him unconditionally. thanks to the yelp community for their honest reviews and thanks to raouf for sharing his healing skills. read more
