As a massage therapist that has been practicing for over 25 years. It has always been difficult for me to find someone that is skilled and can actually pay attention to that are in pain. I decided to stop by and wanted a 90 minute, but they cannot accommodate that time that was OK. That was my only complaint about my visit. The woman I saw was very skilled . She focused on all the areas that I spoke about the pressure was perfect. I like the fact that the room was a really nice temperature. The table was comfortable. I noticed that they also have futon massage and back walking, which I am very interested in for my next session. I don't know where to begin. I am so disappointed with Amazing Spa... amazing is far from what my experience was like. During our foot/hand massage the woman working on my feet fell asleep on multiple occasions. It took every ounce not to get up and walk out. There was very little to no hand massage given. At the end of my massage I spoke to the staff and informed them about the disappointment in my massage and the woman who fell asleep while working on me, to her response was "oh really" there was no apology or anything mentioned. I always call ahead to be sure a massage place has a licensed massage therapist that knows how to do deep tissue massage. I called and was told that they did. However that is not the case. The massage therapist seemed to flounder through the massage and really not know anything about what a deep tissue massage is. She didn't even get to the front part of my body lol only my back. I hate to be mean but honestly this was the worst massage I've ever had and I would hate to allow someone else to squander their hard-earned money here. I mostly blame the person that answered the phone for telling me her person knew how to do deep tissue. Obviously , she straight up lied to get business. Halfway through I had to resist the urge to be incredibly rude and get up and leave just because it was such a waste of time. I want to preface this review by saying that even after reading the reviews I went into this experience with a very open mind and giving this place the benefit of the doubt. The massage was incredible! First time I've had a massage where I did not feel rushed and where every sore part of my body was massaged. I had a massage and a mini-facial. There was a language barrier but the two women were kind before and during the services. At the end as I walked up to the front both women were waiting for tip money and asking for more money from me when I tipped them. I came in to get a neck massage because I've been having really bad pains. When I get in the room she tells me to lay down, after that I was laying there for 10 minutes before she even came to start. Finally when she started she massage extremely aggressively. And she never did make up the 10 minutes and was just waiting for a tip read more

This spa was great! They got me in on short notice on a Friday afternoon. The half an hour foot massage for $29 was so excellent that I decided to do the facial too. I asked for a half an hour facial (which most places won't even do) because I was short on time. She did an amazing job. I know she spent a bit longer than a half hour without charging me for it. There wasn't any fancy equipment just facial creams, a mask, and a steamer. There is a bit of a language barrier but for me it wasn't a problem. We all have translation apps on Android or Apple and if you really need to you can use it. It may be helpful to pay first so there is no misunderstanding of what you want. The spa had great service for excellent prices. I recommend it and I will be coming back! read more

Had a horrible tension headache from a business trip and needed a massage; fast. I called Amazing Massage and was in the door a few minutes later. The location in the the Southview square mall on Robert Street. The location is not fancy, but clean and nice. The rooms are small, but comfortable. My massage was 60 minutes and the therapist did a really nice job. Spent a lot of time on my tension areas. The music was having issues, so that was a bit distracting. i also wish they provided a full sheet to cover up instead of a towel. Will I go back, yes. read more

First off I am extremely torn because I have had good experiences here for the most part. So I took my mom there. Went inside with a coupon and she told me no discount, which ok.. the coupon is old. My mom asked for her neck, back, and feet to be the focus of the massage and the massage primarily focused on her thighs. At the end of the massage, the masseuse made my mom wait outside for me to come pick her up.. even tho when we got there.. someone was allowed to wait for their partner in the waiting room. The massage was subpar though she did use hot stones. She was rude though. And it was the end of business. She was rushing me out- had me standing in the chilly weather waiting on my taxi. I went here to try it out the other week. I called a head to make an appointment for a foot massage and was lucky to get an early app at 10am. As I arrive the lady at the front desk was kind and told me if it was okay if we started at 10:20 instead because they were running a bit behind. I agreed and went shopping next door till then. When I got back, the same gal guided me to a massage room and told me get undressed facedown on the table cover myself with a white sheet that was there. I laid there face down on the table I was thinking to myself "Who is my massage therapist and why am I on a table for a foot massage. This is kinda odd"? Roughly 5 minutes had passed until the massage therapist came in. She asked how I was doing then started to touch my back to get a feel for me. She did this for about 30 seconds until she realized that there was no music so she paused the service and dinked around with the music player for some spa music. As she return to begin the service she pulled the covers to my waist and started to massage my upper back and neck. She asked if I was okay then asked if I was doing an hr body massage. I answered no, I was getting a foot massage. With her broken English accent she asked if I wanted a back massage for just 29.99 more for 30 minutes. At that point I was already naked so I was like "why not"? Soon after I agreed the white sheet was pulled down to my knees. My bare ass was exposed and all. As I laid there she continued to massage my back standing by my head. She massaged my neck all the way down in between my buttocks and out towards my outer thighs. Mind you as this was going on her pelvic region was constantly hitting the top of my head. While laying there I was thinking to myself "Holy shit! Is this one of them happy ending spas!?! Well if it was she was barking up the wrong tree". If you catch my drift. Haha. After the massage was done she told me to follow her as o was still face down on the table. Since I didn't know where she went I put my clothes on and walked around until I found her at the "foot massage" chairs. The foot massage was more of what I was used. I had massage therapist for a deep tissue massage for 60 min. It was amazing, and incredibly relaxing. I am so enjoyed that she was very professional and knowledgeable. The room is clean and beautuful. I can say, overall, this is an amazing experience and return without a doubt. read more
