This place is nice and the people that work there are very kind. I went here last week with my dad to get a quick massage, we just walked in and were able to set one up. I do recommend calling in advanced, cause my dad wasn't able to get in, cause there were people before us. We weren't sour about it cause we just walked in anyways. Place: Really pretty! It looked pretty clean. It has a lot of nice chairs to sit in and a calming atmosphere. It can be a bit noisy, it is a mall, after all. Massage: I had a 20 minute massage. (Or maybe 25, i don't remember.) The guy did a pretty nice job of fixing me up. I had wanted a massage for a sore back and he did a good job of making it go away quickly. He made me comfortable and asked about my pressure preferences. A couple times he made some idle conversation during the massage, which I don't really like, but it's okay. It was a little noisy during the massage, but it was alright since it was a quick one. Staff: They are very nice people. Some of them do not speak English well, so please be patient with them, theyre trying their best. They actually had quite a few people on hand. About five for massages, so if it looks slow inside, you could probably just do a walk in. Price: Pretty pricey in my opinion. My wife called and scheduled an appointment ahead of time at this business. We showed up a few minutes early for our 5 o'clock appointment and the workers asked us to come back in what we interpreted as 18 minutes (we got there at 4:50). When we came back at 5:10, they told us - sorry for any miscommunication, they said 80 minutes originally, not 18 minutes. My wife mentioned she had called earlier in the day, spoke to Ana and scheduled two 1hr. massages for 5PM. Ana said she never spoke to my wife and that my wife is mistaken. She was certain my wife never called. We left. Shortly afterward my wife had a few missed calls on her phone. Guess who they were from? It's interesting that they have my wife's number if she never called though ... Ana said she is sorry about the misunderstanding. She made a mistake in her scheduling and apologized. Quite a 180° turnaround from her adamant stance before while we were in the store and in front of other customers. I walked in super randomly and didn't make an appointment. They fit me in right away and even when I said I'd do a regular massage for 45 minutes I quickly changed my mind because of how great it was in the first five minutes. I was leery about doing hot oil or stones so he let me try it out to see if I liked it, it was amazing on steroids. So I asked if I could do 60 minutes instead-no problem. It is more deep tissue than relaxation but it was perfect for me because I wanted to focus on more deep rooted issues. I left not only feeling satisfied but completely rejuvenated. I'll definitely go back. So worth stopping in. Staff is so so sweet, who cares if they can't speak the greatest English. Glad I gave it a shot. read more

The old lady gave me my massage ... she kept getting me with her nails ! Then she kept using the "I can't speak English" card because I told her she was hurting me . Nothing changed :/ after I tipped her 10$ (cause I felt bad ) she said "thank you" I left with a sore and bruised neck . read more

This place is nothing special. It's reasonably priced, I paid 20 dollars for 20 minutes. It's clean and decorated nicely but they don't have you fill out any questionnaire or ask you questions regarding what areas you need worked on or how soft or hard you like the massage to be. I tried to tell her that my right shoulder was super tight and needed the most attention...but she literally spoke NO English. She didn't even know how to say "please sit up" when my 20 minutes was up. Plus the entire time she was giving me the massage, she was chatting with her coworkers which made it really difficult to relax. I could tell she wasn't really paying attention to what she was doing..she repeatedly rubbed my bones instead of the muscles and it was really uncomfortable and made me even more sore :/ I probably wont return. read more

Love coming here for my weekly massage. They mainly do more deep tissue than relaxation. Always happy after my visit. Very nice workers...they speak English but not always the best BUT they do a fabulous job doing the massages. DEFINITELY going back. read more

I did a one hour full body massage. I was excited about getting a massage after reading their reviews. I asked the therapist to give extra attention to my neck and left leg. And that I prefer a pressure point massage. After being asked to remove my top and bra. I said what about my pants, my left leg is the main reason I'm hear. The male therapist nodded and made me think he knew what I was talking about. I started to get concerned because I thought my time maybe running out and nothing but my back had been touched. I asked how much time was left he said 10 minutes. I then said I want my neck done. So he spend the last 10 minutes on my neck. It was obvious he wasn't paying attention to the anatomy of the neck. Maybe some of the therapists are good but not the one I had. I did not feel any relief of my pain. It definitely was the most disappointing massage I've had. read more
