LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE!!…read more Doctor Ryan IMMEDIATELY addressed and resolved all of my concerns that initially led me to Club West Chiropractic. He THEN took the time and the genuine care to explain how my spinal/nerve issues were tied to a lot of other health concerns I was currently addressing with other doctors and had not even mentioned said concerns to him yet. I noticed small changes at first, but ultimately I can say that with the expertise of Doctor Ryan, heeding his advice for after-care work (on my own), as well as (attempting to) stay on schedule with my appointments - I feel REFRESHED, REJUVENATED, RENEWED; I feel taller, more confident, more aligned, comfortable and poised without question. I owe so much to Doctor Ryan, and all of the staff at Club West Chiropractic. If I had more money, I would send you each Edible Arrangements or something for putting up with my nightmare of a schedule this past year. Thank you for continuing to provide honest, to-the-source health care that has changed mine, and so many others' lives out there!

CAREFUL CAREFUL CAREFUL!!!…read more Be careful if you make an anppointment in the evening. I made an appointment this evening and arrived about 20 minutes later just to see the girls/therapists pile into a little car right in front of me. They drove off anyway and I have no doubt they knew I was there since more than one turned their head around and looked at me getting ready to come in. Well, tthis tells me one thing... THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT OR RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Now there was no answer at their phone number so I sent a text instead to voice my frustration. I told them they will not stay in business long if they're going to treat people like that. I mean they could have at least called me back if they planned on leaving, right?? Common courtesy, right? Then I said I will just go to their competition instead if they don't care, but to my surprise I received the following reply... "Go ahead. Losing just one wont hurt us." This made me tell them I would be compelled to post a review to let people know what they did. Here is their next reply... "Go ahead. I have to review it first then it can be publish lol." So, obviously they don't care when it comes right down to it. I'm not saying don't go, but just be advised that if you do, you could end up wasting your time and money driving there. I was really looking forward to checking them out, but sadly I just won't give them another chance after this. Take care everyone!
