I have been going to this massage place for years. Very friendly staff who are well trained in what they do. I have never even had to explain a problem area to focus on because they know how to find it. Just keep in mind this is a small business. Often times the people working there a doing the job of both the massage therapist and front desk staff. They might have to answer the phone while in session with you but I promise that never outweighs the incredible massage they do provide. I highly recommend this place! read more

I just went and used my Groupon. It was expired and they let me use it anyways. The lady said I'd have to pay $7 extra for something I couldn't really understand what she was saying, with the language barrier. The massage itself was pretty good, just kinda confused why they gave me a guy. I didn't specify if i wanted a woman massage therapist. Then I went into the room she brought me to and told me to get undressed, she didn't close the door all the way so I did it myself, before I started undressing. Definitely not a fan of hitting my legs and feet. Like how when you get a pedicure they hit your legs. When I also walked in it didn't smell like a spa it smelt like someone's leftovers they heated up in the microwave. They had spa music playing but you can hear through the walls, when someone walks through there front entrance they have a doorbell that dings every time, which you can hear in the room which is hard to enjoy your massage. I have had hundreds of massages in my 56 years. Some were great, some were not. The massage I had tonight from Linda was hands down the most perfect, wonderful, enjoyable, affordable, massage I have ever had. I have been there a few times before and the massages have always met my expectations, but tonight's exceeded them. I have severe tendinitis in my arms and shoulders and I explained this to Linda when she came into the room....she did exactly what I needed her to do to relieve my pain and inflammation. The 90 minutes I spent on her table was pure bliss and I plan to go back again, and again... Don't let the other reviews sway your decision ....this is not a spa. 2nd time and the quality of the massage is supbar to standard. my person knows the skills and techniques but her quality/strength is a joke. she ok'd for deep tension. if that was deep tension then wondering what light or medium would feel like. she literally just glide her arms or hands over. her stretching is laughable. the place is good but not the quality of the masseur. what is up with paying before hand and tip? had I know mine would be this horrible then it pulsar have too at all. I've been going here a while and loving their prices and flexibility, but my boyfriend bought me a gift card and they didn't want to take it because they wanted cash. Also on the way out they stopped us and demanded we tip more and said it was required. Good luck trying to use the Groupon they won't take it. When you they answer the phone like your not calling a business you have to ask if this is the massage place. Tried making appointment once I said I had there Groupon was told too busy and she hung up. Save your money go some place else. read more

Cute ambience, nice staff, lazy massage, lured in with $50 price as a Thai massage to honor the Groupon price, and then the price jumps to $60 at checkout, to which I tried to tip $15, which is just a bit under 20% of the $90 massage, bc I didn't feel like my masseur put much effort into the massage, and she ran my card for $85, leaving herself a $25 tip when I said $15. $25 tips are for good massages and this wasn't a good massage!!! Not the worst experience, but the payment issue at the end has made it so I'll likely never return, I don't like dishonest or forceful charges that weren't earned. If they want cash so badly, say that on the phone when I book, don't punish me for not knowing!!! read more

If could give this place a zero I would. Everything about it was completely terrible. I found this place on Groupon. The initial reviews stated that the environment was great along with the service. What I experienced upon scheduling my appointment was unprofessionalism and frankly what felt like a scam. Please do not purchase any Groupon specials from this place as the service you purchased will not be redeemed. The booking experience was a nightmare, a literal nightmare. I felt like I had been scammed. I wasn't asked about the service type, time of booking, or even my contact details to confirm my appointment. I was then told by the lady on the phone "next time don't purchase a massage session through Groupon and to pay us cash next time." She also went on to tell me that the Groupon I purchased would not be redeemable and the service they provide is at their discretion. It's odd that a business willingly utilizes Groupon to attract customers and then demands that they pay full price for the service. I think Groupon needs to look into this ASAP. If a customer purchases a Groupon of a specified service they should not be expected to then pay the full price of the service by the establishment. read more

My boyfriend and I were looking for a couples massage on Groupon and found a hot stone one for $99 at Thai Massage. We decided to give it a try since we saw they received 4 stars. When we arrived at our appointment they immediately tried to have us return our Groupon so we would pay cash. We said we weren't interested in doing that so they said they wouldn't give us a deep tissue massage and that would be extra. We declined and went about our massage. I didn't enjoy my massage very much because I didn't feel like the masseuse put much effort into it. I felt like I paid $99 for a back rub and a stretch. I will not be returning. read more

I just had a 60 minute massage here with Angel and it was fabulous. Angel is clearly a very experienced and well trained therapist. I told her about an issue I'm having with my neck and indeed, she spent extra time working with it. And although my neck isn't magically all better after one 60 minute massage, it is better. I was also impressed by their studio (very comfortable and relaxing), with their COVID related precautions (they take your temperature upon your arrival, they wear masks at all times, and more),and the price can't be beat. 60 minutes of very professional massage, including hot stones, for $60 cannot be beat. OK I don't know how many times I can say weird and not what I expected and definitely not what I wanted. First I was sent a text the day before my appointment confirming that it was that day at 1:30pm for 90 minutes I replied back saying no my appointment was the next day at 3 o'clock for 60 minutes. The day of my appointment I received a text if I could come in at 3:15 instead of 3 PM, 15 minutes no big deal. I arrived at 3:07 for my appointment I was told I was early she put me in a room (I was only seven minutes early) I was put in a room told not to get ready until 3:15 I got ready and I waited at 3:20 she came in. The fact that she talked the entire time was very disappointing, she was a sales person trying to get me to upgrade to things which I didn't want, she also told me that the pressure that she was giving me which I did ask for light pressure and she was giving me a little bit harder than I Wanted but it was OK she said this would normally cost $10 extra which I never asked her to do then she said she won't charge me but just do a nice review "my name is Michelle give me a good review". She did strange weird stretches on my body that I've never had done before, the whole thing was just not what I wanted, not what I expected and I definitely will not be going back. read more
