Dr. Boroditsky is both knowledgeable and caring and provides excellent chiropractic treatments. My hubby is currently receiving decompression treatments for his condition in resolving nerve issues affecting his lower back and right leg but is doing much better at this point. Other chiropractic treatments are provided as well as reflected per the website, mnchiroandrehab.com. I would also like to recognize his staff, both Beth and Quinn who are courteous, very helpful, and also a real pleasure. I would highly recommend this practice and its services, provided! MRP

I can't say enough about the fabulous treatment I received for neck pain by Dr. Shane Borditsky. He is fun, personable and took an entire body approach for getting rid of my pain. Not only did he do some great adjustments, but he also gave me exercises and stretches to perform between appointments so that I could help allivate the pain sooner. Now if only Dr. Shane Borditsky lived in San Francisco, I wouldn't be on the hunt for a Chiropractor!

Got a pretty good Groupon for service here and decided to try. I have mixed feelings here so I'll…read moreshare the good and the bad. It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.

He listens well and works with me to determine the root of the issue, as much as possible. Dr Dave tailored muscle strengthening exercises so they were more advanced and athletic focused, complimenting my regular weight lifting routine. They have their own parking lot so it's super easy to access. Price wise, they have pretty standard prices. It's about $140 for an hour long massage (cupping can be added at no additional cost) which is more than fair for the service they provide.
