The pain and discomfort were keeping me up and night and preventing me from exercising. After a couple weeks I was sleeping through the night and in a month was back to swimming 2-3 times a week. More recently I've had him working on a plantar fasciitis issue, but the results--at least so far--haven't been as good. I'm willing to stick it out for awhile longer to see if something will happen. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from.
