THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT OR RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Now there was no answer at their phone number so I sent a text instead to voice my frustration. I told them they will not stay in business long if they're going to treat people like that. I mean they could have at least called me back if they planned on leaving, right?? Common courtesy, right? Then I said I will just go to their competition instead if they don't care, but to my surprise I received the following reply... "Go ahead. Losing just one wont hurt us." This made me tell them I would be compelled to post a review to let people know what they did. Here is their next reply... "Go ahead. I have to review it first then it can be publish lol." So, obviously they don't care when it comes right down to it. I'm not saying don't go, but just be advised that if you do, you could end up wasting your time and money driving there. I never received even so much as a cancellation notice -- or a phone call. I really hate to write a one-star review for a small business, but eff you, Rapha Therapy. A very fundamental part of being a professional is actually showing up for your appointments. I understand life throws occasional curve balls, but if you need to "close early" on a consistent basis -- and since so many people have reviewed that you do, it looks like this is a pattern -- you should probably NOT be doing this work.
