Dr. Boroditsky is both knowledgeable and caring and provides excellent chiropractic treatments. My hubby is currently receiving decompression treatments for his condition in resolving nerve issues affecting his lower back and right leg but is doing much better at this point. Other chiropractic treatments are provided as well as reflected per the website, mnchiroandrehab.com. I would also like to recognize his staff, both Beth and Quinn who are courteous, very helpful, and also a real pleasure. I would highly recommend this practice and its services, provided! MRP

I can't say enough about the fabulous treatment I received for neck pain by Dr. Shane Borditsky. He is fun, personable and took an entire body approach for getting rid of my pain. Not only did he do some great adjustments, but he also gave me exercises and stretches to perform between appointments so that I could help allivate the pain sooner. Now if only Dr. Shane Borditsky lived in San Francisco, I wouldn't be on the hunt for a Chiropractor!

I see Dr. Dierkheising at this clinic. I came here skeptical of chiropractic care but desperate…read morebecause nothing else I tried (orthopedic doc, physical therapy) for shoulder and neck pain had worked. The pain and discomfort were keeping me up and night and preventing me from exercising. After a couple weeks I was sleeping through the night and in a month was back to swimming 2-3 times a week. I'm still tweaky but he keeps at it and I'm feeling better than I have in a year. More recently I've had him working on a plantar fasciitis issue, but the results--at least so far--haven't been as good. I'm willing to stick it out for awhile longer to see if something will happen. Regardless, I highly recommend Dr. D and am no longer quite so suspicious of chiropractic care.

With that said, when I made the appointment, I informed them I would need to make payments, as I didn't have insurance and needed a payment plan. I was told this was ok. When it came time to leave, i was prompted for payment in full, which I then had to pay, even though I really didn't have the funds to do so. I felt lied to. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Which, by agreeing to payments at the time that I made the appointment, seemed like they did or wanted to. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I was dealing with. I have referred ALL of my friends and family to this place, and I will also tell them ALL about my experience today. I am completely disgusted with the level of service today.

I realized right away that they were not going to be able to help my pain and ended up going to a medical doctor where I found out that I had a herniated disc in my neck. I'm sure this place is great for wellness care, but if you're in acute pain like I was, this is not the place to go. I gave them two stars because the staff were very nice and helpful, until I didn't want to sign up for a $2000 plan.

In a notable condescending-tone she ended up calling me, "Honey" three times on this particular phone call then proceeded to man-splain something to me that I was already knowledgeable on. By the way, this was my first interaction with her, ever. I felt disrespected by her as a patient of Align Chiromedical for the two reasons above. There are more professional ways to communicate with a patient. I'm disappointed of her lack of customer service and professionalism. When I re-addressed to her over email weeks later how she spoke to me over this phone call, she did not acknowledge the situation, nor take ownership to apologize to smooth it over. I've been a patient Align Chiromedical for over +10 YEARS under the care of Dr. Jake Dalbec (who was wonderful, provided high quality care with positive results and would highly recommend him 5/5 stars....would say 6/5 stars if that could be a rating!!!). But after his departure and being treated the way I was by Dr. Alexa from this phone call, I will be finding care elsewhere. It's a shame that this is how it ends with Align Chiromedical. Hope this real review of the business helps you decide if this place is a fit for your healthcare needs.
