We got in right away with no issues. The experience we had was so much better than any expectations we had. We expected to be squeezed in and have a lot of hassle proving the care that she needed. What we got was a wonderful reception and set of people over the entire office. The front staff was incredibly helpful getting us checked in and comfortable. They were also very polite and happy while making the entire visit easy and pleasant. Dr. Mitch was above and beyond, however. He read through the online records from our current doctor's office. He knew right away what was going on and exactly what to do to get my wife some relief. He didn't try to sell us on a lot of extra things - he simply got to the root of the problem and helped her to feel better. But then, he sat and talked to us about her diagnosis and things she had been doing and offered some very helpful and insightful advice that we could take back and discuss with our current care providers. He recommended cold laser therapy to help heal a particularly troublesome area for her, and also performed a cold laser treatment on the spot. He also went more in-depth on some suggestions we'd gotten before, but he explained them in much better terms to help us understand which treatments we may want to really focus on and which we should perhaps stop. Overall, my wife left feeling much better, and we came away much more hopeful about solutions that will lead to permanent relief and not just pain management. Best of all, the cost was much better than we were used to, even including the cold laser treatment. I couldn't recommend this place and the staff enough. It was a fantastic experience.

At different times, old injuries pop up to haunt me. I have had back pain, neck pain, rib stabbing me, shoulders out of joint, hips out of joint, knee issues and foot pain. Not all at once! This time, it was mainly numbness and tingling in my fingers and wrist, plus knee and foot issues. Research told me that the practitioner I needed had to know a procedure called ART. (Advanced Release Technique.) I didn't even know a chiropractor would do this. But through searching for someone who does ART, I found Dr. Brian. He's REALLY good at this technique, plus gives excellent adjustments. Some chiropractors have struggled to adjust me, saying I have tight muscles but loose ligaments (or vice versa) but Dr. Brian has no problem adjusting me. And he has now done some ART on every part of my body. I am enjoying much less pain and, just as important, much more function. I can do the physical activities that are fun for me again. I had terrible pain in my mid back. I could hardly move and certainly couldn't drive or do my usual 2-5 miles of walking each day. I sought out Dr. Brian for a Selective Functional Movement Assessment, a very helpful place to start. The treatment plan Dr. Brian created accelerated my healing by combining his many areas of expertise. His sincere intention to restore my well-being was also key. It has been several months now and I'm back on track. I can do everything I did before plus I'm doing it with better form due to everything I have learned from Dr. Brian. A second situation with which Dr. Brian helped me presented itself as a pain in my shoulder but the assessment indicated the root cause was a nerve in my neck. One adjustment completely removed the pain and in 48 hours the rest worked itself out for 100% recovery.
