My wife and I were traveling in the area last weekend to visit family. She needed relief from a chronic problem, so we called to see if someone would be willing to see us. We got in right away with no issues. The experience we had was so much better than any expectations we had. We expected to be squeezed in and have a lot of hassle proving the care that she needed. What we got was a wonderful reception and set of people over the entire office. The front staff was incredibly helpful getting us checked in and comfortable. They were also very polite and happy while making the entire visit easy and pleasant. Dr. Mitch was above and beyond, however. He read through the online records from our current doctor's office. He knew right away what was going on and exactly what to do to get my wife some relief. He didn't try to sell us on a lot of extra things - he simply got to the root of the problem and helped her to feel better. But then, he sat and talked to us about her diagnosis and things she had been doing and offered some very helpful and insightful advice that we could take back and discuss with our current care providers. He recommended cold laser therapy to help heal a particularly troublesome area for her, and also performed a cold laser treatment on the spot. He also went more in-depth on some suggestions we'd gotten before, but he explained them in much better terms to help us understand which treatments we may want to really focus on and which we should perhaps stop. Overall, my wife left feeling much better, and we came away much more hopeful about solutions that will lead to permanent relief and not just pain management. Best of all, the cost was much better than we were used to, even including the cold laser treatment. I couldn't recommend this place and the staff enough. It was a fantastic experience. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Mitch for almost a year. I started having tingling sensations down the left side of my neck. My regular doctor at Allina sugested I see a chiropractor. He x-rayed and told me I had genetically fused C-6 & C-7, also have some arthritis. After a few treatments my range of motion improved as the tingling went away. The first time he advised it would take several treatments then on an as need basis. That is exactly how it worked out. He also advised me on what not, and what to do in my body pump exercise class. This place is bad for you. Health wise and financially. I saw dr Mitch Melohn there and he table dropped my lower back so bad he tore the annulus on my L5-S1. When I went back dr Marc Hope offered to use ultrasound on it and while he did the machine kept beeping and shutting off because he was using it directly on my sacrum which is a huge no no. It can literally burn bone. That's why the machine kept beeping and turning off. It was the safety feature that he kept overriding. I'm giving you my honest review. DO NOT go here. You will not get out without at least 26 appointments because that's what most insurance plans cover. Also the X-ray dr Mitch Melohn took was horrible I swear he was trying to overdose me with X-ray radiation. read more

My husband and I both see Dr. Mitch and we've had a great experience. My husband used to have at least weekly, debilitating migraines that would knock him out for the whole day. Looking at my husband's x-ray, Dr. Mitch could immediately tell what was likely causing the problem - a structural difference in his neck and nerves that is likely genetic. With regular visits to Dr. Mitch, my husband now rarely has migraines. This is truly life-changing for us! My chiropractic issues are occasional and quite mild but I can always trust Dr. Mitch to do an appropriate level of intervention to address them and I always feel better. His skill really amazes me - even when I can only give a vague explanation of what I'm feeling, he can identify the issue just by touching my back and neck. Dr. Mitch is super personable - my husband and I always enjoy seeing him! He also has really earned our trust by being super responsive and interested in our lives and details surrounding our chiropractic issues. We have no concern about him "over-prescribing" intervention - we have never experienced any pressure to purchase products or see him more than is needed (which I have felt in other chiropractic offices). In fact, he will tell me that I can stop coming to see him (at least until I experience an issue)! The other employees are extremely nice and helpful. I super appreciate that you can always get a Saturday appointment, which makes our visits very convenient. They recently renovated and their new space is really comfortable and nice. read more

The two chiropractors use a gentle method of aligning the spine for me. I had a neck fusion, and they are very careful and gentle, but still get good movement, and good relief. A lot of times you can get same-day appointments or next day. Very nice staff to boot! I have seen many chiropractors, and by far these are the best!
