Thankful to have made an appointment beforehand, apparently they accept walk ins so there were two…read moremen waiting inside the lobby just in case we were a no show and sadly were turned away when we arrived, not sure how long they were sitting there for. Anyways, the massage was actually good, my friend and I opted for the 90 minute full body massages which were pretty affordable for the length of time ($110). I actually fell asleep twice which is a good sign lol. The main issues I had were with the noise levels. Instead of it being soothing and quiet, the masseuses kept stopping to answer the phone during the massages (in the room) and were having constant conversations with each other (occasionally laughing). I don't think with all of the interruptions that it was actually a 90 minute massage, probably closer to 75 minutes. I think Zen could benefit from hiring a receptionist. While they apologized for all of the noise when we were leaving, it sounds like from other reviews this is pretty normal. Again, they gave a great massage, but it was a little chaotic in there!

Got 2 people massage, both ladies kept talking to each other. One lady was sooooooo loud. She would scream from our room every time door alarm rang. I made a huge mistake not reading previous reviews! She told me to come back & she'll give me extra 10mins, like I'll ever go back again. Do your self a favor and read this & be warned!!!!

They have the most calming and welcoming environment with the best front desk staff as well. If you're looking for pain relief, fertility or hormonal help, mental health support, better sleep, or just want to experience the magic here, I highly recommend booking an appointment.

Jessica French and Nancy Bierma are the people I see for this and both are so friendly and knowledgeable. They always have product recommendations and information if asked but are never pushy about buying products. They recently added a massage therapist to their practice and Ray Neil is AMAZING. My spouse and I have both had massages and have left every time feeling relaxed and/or had pain reduced. The pressure is definitely not too light and she is generally intuitive about what is needed (I have asked for a little more pressure once and it was PERFECT), plus she has some great techniques for stretching/loosening painful areas. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Appointments are super easy to book online; if an appointment time is not available, call to see if they have some appointment times that are not listed online. The officer managers are all friendly and helpful. They also have some lovely products onsite to buy if you're interested, and they will usually offer you a cup of herbal tea after your treatment. They also accept HealthParters and Cigna insurance for acupuncture, just in case you have those carriers and acupuncture is covered under your plan. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crocus Hill Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. I am thankful to have found such a wonderful, relaxing, and healing place.

I have been to the Maple Grove location and would note, that is a better location. Worth the drive…read more Before arriving, you are asked to fill out paperwork. I'm not sure why this location asked, because they didn't seem to follow anything I wrote. This was for my boyfriend's birthday and his name was not on the sign when we walked in, despite me listing that in the paperwork. In the past for my birthday, I have also gotten a card. But nothing here. My boyfriend also didn't want his feet touched and that was also listed in the paperwork. Unfortunately that was not followed. We were brought to our locker rooms and they were clean, had our names and chocolates in the lockers. Very nice touch! Our robe sizes and slides were also in our lockers. There is a large shower, 2 bathroom stalls and vanity with make up lighting. We then walked to the lobby area. This was where we started to have thoughts. Employees were talking in full volume. Not very relaxing. They also kept coming in and out of the room, talking, stocking snacks constantly! Again not very relaxing. The water was nice with a lemon. My boyfriend went to get water for hot tea but the water was room temp. Not very comforting. The massages were nice. I had Ingrid and she was lovely! She did a great job and was soft in speaking during the massage. My boyfriend said his massage therapist was talking at normal volume and didn't find it as relaxing. Afterwards we said in the lobby area again. In my opinion, the fireplace at maple grove is more welcoming and comforting. This place had what looked like a diffuser and eventually it turned off and started beeping. Again not relaxing. The lobby area is also larger at the maple grove location. This location left me a bit perplexed as to why the reviews are better here than at the maple grove location....

Online was a little confusing, so I called and things were sorted immediately. The space is great! Very clean and relaxing. The staff is incredibly helpful. They escort you around and are very accommodating. You arrive 30 minutes before your appointment, change into a robe and slippers, and wait in the quiet room. Tea, water and cookies were provided. We also got a warm neck wrap. Our pedicures took place in the nail room. Only two chairs, so very private. The treatments we had were great and very relaxing! I had Kassidy and she was wonderful. I'd definitely return in the future.

It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.
