One word !!!! Amazing !!!!!! Laura is absolutely out of this world. I think single handily the BEST massage my husband and I have ever had! We both had the hot stone massage. When it says 70 minutes it was the full 70 minutes. The stones were the perfect temperature and Laura frequently checked to see if the pressure and the temperature were good. Laura's hands are silky but strong. Even tho I had areas of tightness I left without any! It is worth every cent ... and we will be back read more

Very price effectiveness great massage I just got to meet Mia. She gave me one of the best massages I have ever received.

I wish I could do 4.5 stars - I am desperate to find someone to do a great job getting the big toe squared away with the sides (yup, I'm lazy about digging that out myself). Overall, they seem clean and professional. I'd come back and try again and maybe see about the lady massaging my new mom / office worker stressed out shoulders. read more

The best!! We had my sister's wedding party here for nails before the wedding and they were so accommodating. They had plenty of staff to get everyone done at the same time, stayed open late so we had the place to ourselves and let us bring food and drinks to enjoy. They were so nice and added a little decoration for our bride. Would definitely recommend!! read more

I really wanted to love this place. The first problem (and it's a big one!) is that the website price list was a huge lie. It looks like they've updated it now, but last week it said a full acrylic set would be $45. It was $75. I agreed to pay it. And the girl who did my nails was lovely, but incredibly slow. It took over 2 hours. And worst of all, 8 out of 10 nails popped off within two weeks. These were tips, so that means there is something weird about their acrylic gel. It wasn't powder, so it was unfamiliar to me. I'm afraid I can't go back or recommend them. read more

I went in and asked them to remove the gel from my nails and reshape them. They proceeded to take the gel of by soaking them, which I didn't know why cause I had acrylic already on. Before she did I asked her if she was going to take the nail off and she said she was taking the gel off. After my nails started braking off I stopped her and told her they were weak and different lengths. They said I should have told them I had acrylics but I tried to ask her what she was doing before she did it. Needless to say, the manicure I had before was ruined and I was so frustrated that I just left. read more

Worst experience ever getting a pedicure. The guy I've been going to for years moved out of state so I went here because of the good reviews in my local FB group. I was very disappointed. I always have at least one ingrown toenail and I said that when I scheduled and I was told that was no problem. Cut to tonight and nobody in the business has apparently ever seen an ingrown nail. My nail specialist was too scared to cut it, I was literally telling her where to cut the nail and she wouldn't do it. The manager wouldn't help. The other lady working at least got some of the ingrown out but not everything. I wasted an hour and $48 and was so embarrassed. Never returning. read more

Absolutely fantastic spa! Very clean, modern, and elegant. Did I mention that the customer service is on point???? I went in for a massage and ended up gettin a mani/pedi as well. First time I've gotten one in like... forever. Did it once way back with a colleague and man have I been missing out! Great service and it was very relaxing. The highlight was the massage. Laura did a fantastic job. She is the owner, she has a great attitude, and she is also great at giving a massages. Was very impressed all around, to include the level of care and safety measures they have taken during COVID-19. We are all stressed. This is a great place to get a break from all the madness. Safe, relaxing, feel fresh. read more

This place is the best nail salon in Bloomington. It is affordable, CLEAN, well-furnished, modern, and relaxing. Siri gave me a fabulous mani/pedi and I could tell she really cared about doing a good job. As soon as I stepped in the door, I was warmly greeted and felt totally welcomed and comfortable. I'll be a regular here from now on, and I really recommend you give this place a shot -- even if you don't live in the area, because it's worth a trip. It can be so hard to find a good nail place and I finally did! read more

The owner was accommodating and allowed my group of 3 to make reservations before they opened. We all did gel manicures and they turned out great. We'll go back in the future. read more

Just wow. I mean, there's so much I could say about my experience with Laura at Ocean Dream Massage. I've had chronic back pain for years and trips to the big name chains have done nothing but take my money. From the moment I stepped in the door, Laura was a true healer, wanting to know as much as I could tell her about my back issues, and then did an AMAZING job working on my back! Her company and manner is wonderful and she's a delight to spend time with. I will strongly recommend her whenever I can! read more

I was gifted a 60 minute mother day massage that only lasted 45 minutes. The owner/ massage therapist started late massaged me for 20 minutes placed hot towel on my back and left the room did not return until towel was cold this was uncomfortable, I never experienced that before, we were interrupted at least twice. I felt unacceptable as a new customer read more

I may be isolated in my low rating regarding my massage. I have received massages for many years so I feel credible with my feedback. First, I made the appointment because I had just completed a major move, I was very tired and wanted to treat myself to an hour of calm/relaxation. Yes, I had some body ailments that she asked about --- she told me that I'd need deep tissue and that I might get bruised! I should have paid attention to that comment! I have a smaller frame with very little body fat. Any deep tissue that I had received in the past, was met with a balance of Swedish and other techniques to balance out the deep tissue pressure/pain. Past therapists have often told me that it was important to balance the techniques to avoid pain afterwards. However, this therapist, did nothing but apply such deep pressure on me that I was fighting from crying and actually peeling my body off of the table on multiple occasions. At one point, I told her that it was too painful, and she only told me to hang in there ---- It was awful and I left there kind of a wreck, waited until I got to my car and had a cry over the matter. I literally felt like my boundaries were not respected and it almost felt like an assault on my body. I'll never go back there. read more

I just finished getting a gel manicure by Thi. She was very thorough, making sure my nails and cuticles were perfect before she pained my nails. She made sure I liked her work every step of the way. I already have my next appointment set up with Thi! read more

I received a wonderful therapeutic massage from Laura!! She was extremely attentive and was a real expert at her craft. Got a great masssge yesterday from Laura. Very attentive to my specific needs. Super clean facility. Definitely recommend!

I have chronic back issues, so I have seen many chiropractors until I discovered massage therapy. Since then I have been to at least three dozen different masseuse and I have to say that Laura at Ocean Dream is the best! She can work out the deepest knots with skill, not just by force, so not only do I get better results but it's more relaxing than painful. The location is great, the inside is clean and kept up. Laura is not only a great masseuse but also very friendly and cheerful. read more

Wonderful Salon!! They are extremely welcoming, salon is clean and beautifully decorated, and they do a great job at a reasonable price! I recently ripped a nail and went in to see if they could help. Welcomed me in and in no time the manicurist had my broken nail repaired like nothing had happened. She also fixed a chip on the other hand and brightened up the white tips on the rest of my fingers. Can't rave enough about this place! read more

Update: Today Laura gave me a deep tissue massage. It was WONDERFUL! She is truly a healer, making the pain disappear. And, she made me breakfast. How awesome is that?!?! She brought me scrambled eggs and sausage. It was delicious. Try Ocean Dream ... it is the best! read more

Ocean Dream is new in my neighborhood. I stopped in for a mani / pedi , and left a client. Very friendly talented nail tech . I also have gone to the owner several times for neck , and back massage. Most amazing. Highly recommend. read more

Ok place. Got a gel manicure. I thought it was strange because the nail tech peeled off my old gel polish instead of soaking it off, which I've always been told is not good for you nails. The manicure seemed really rush and wasn't super precise. And I only got 2 coats, which for some colors is fine but for some colors it is too see through still at that point. Don't think I'd go back. Although I am happy that they were able to fit me in right away. read more

My massage here was fantastic. I felt great after and Laura at Ocean Dream Massage was incredible. The massage room was warm and inviting. The therapist was considerate and attentive. She found spots in my back giving me the most issues and tailored the massage to deliver the right pressure and I noticed a marked difference after my massage. Great spot for a massage from a caring therapist. I was impressed. read more

Stopped in with my daughter for manicures with gel polish. We thought this would be our new mani-pedi place. The place is clean, nicely decorated and Laura was very friendly. 3 days later, 4 nails peeled and others had edges coming loose - it was Christmas Eve, so couldn't go back until Dec 26. While I received a completely new manicure, I was also charged full price. It is not worth the price for a gel polish manicure that lasts 3 days. read more
