The pedicure was especially FABULOUS! She used a "foot masque" after the sea salt treatment (which rocked!) and wrapped each of my feet in hot steamy towels. C has always done my manicures and for the last several years, Y has done my pedicures. Unfortunately, the salon was sold a few months ago and I've had nothing but problems. Last month, the owner called when I was 10 minutes away and asked me to come 45 minutes later than my reservation. As I was close, I said no. Got there and was told it would be 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I finally got my manicure with C, who is now working there. It was the worst job she's ever done. They gave me a $10 gift certificate for the trouble. Last week, I called to schedule a manicure/pedicure with Y, only to be told she's no longer there. I ended up using their new online booking system to book with K, who I first saw 15 years ago. Yesterday, I arrived at my appointment time, 9:30, only to be told K only works weekends. No one could explain why I was able to book with her on a Tuesday. They offered for someone else to do it and to take $10 off the bill. I'm not interested in money off. I just want the service I've been used to. I left. Hope they can get things back to what they used to be, but I won't be along for the journey.
