The skill of each of them is phenomenal and I always leave happy. They take my tips off while I get a pedicure so my cost is efficient and relaxing. Their prices are quite reasonable. Most of all this small family run business works together like a well oiled machine and I always feel uplifted after having spent time and money here. Highest recommendations.

My feet are put through torture (winter marathon training outdoors and high heels and breaking in new booties)...and I don't believe in socks... so Michelle works her wonders and in an hour, I have brand new, soft, pain-free, callous-free feet. Even after a week, my heels are still super soft. She also has converted my pedicures to Vinylux polish and there is absolutely no chipping--I'm so in love. My manicures have lasted too! Michelle pays incredible attention to detail and gets super close to the cuticle and the gel looks amazing. Her room is quiet, calm, and most importantly, very clean. I would 100% recommend Michelle at Flawless Nails to anyone looking for a quality and relaxing nail spa. It's also very easy to schedule an appointment with her as she has online booking with friendly appointment reminders.

I saw their ad online and saw they were new so I wanted to try the out. Finding it is slightly hidden though it is next to a Kumon and pedatrics so parking isn't too bad. It's a modern chic minimalist vibe kind of shop with plenty of tv and clean tables and chairs for all. I felt like it was a clean environment and spacious so it wasn't like a cattle ranch, herding all the people you can cram into one space. Clean smell and everyone was so nice! Come here with a friend or two or three as there are plenty of chairs and room. The pedicure I received - Jade was well worth it and it's not even the top of the line. I felt like the quality of top of the line since Kayla did an amazing job with giving my feet a wonderful and relaxing experience. The chair was new since the remote didn't seem so peeled up and it worked! I appreciated the check in and clear instruction. Also I picked a polish that didn't show up too well and we made sure I was on the same page for what I wanted. You can tell they want to give you a quality pedi! I wasn't even the one bringing it up either so I appreciated that. Easy payment and I was on my way out in 1.25 hours. I wanted that attention to detail and care so I was happy! if you're in a rush I am sure they can meet your expectations. Sadly I didn't take any photos, but their IG page and online site, could provide a better preview! I mean i really liked the place that I forgot photos so come visit yourself. Overall, beautiful decor, chill vibes, excellent pedicure, easy experience. I loved it! I would highly recommend this place to try out!

First off, the lady who took off my existing nails.. this was one of the most painful nail removal experiences that I had ever had. I gotta be so honest. I was wincing in pain, she was ripping off my real nail with it and all in all.. it was not pleasant at all. Like, please, I know soaking takes way more time but it is not nearly as painful. She did give me a nice manicure, cleaned up my cuticles, cut my nails and filed them. No real complaints on that front. When I told her I decided I did not want a fresh set, she kept trying to sell me on some sort of service, I know that that is how they make money but we both know that it is important to let the nails breathe! Anyways.. may come back, but definitely NOT for a nail removal lol
