Ok, so I called the salon and let them know I was not satisfied with my services and they offered me to come in to fix them. I saw Amy and she did an excellent job fixing my nails. She was thorough, quick, and artistic. I would return to see Amy for sure! Well... they did well for 3 months. After my manicure and pedicure last night, I'll never return. Poor, everything! Bad shaping, sloppy and bumpy polish application, cuticles not trimmed properly on my nails nor toes, and I'm going to go to another salon to fix them, they're that bad! Yes, I have high standards, but I'm allowed to. Very unfortunate, as I sent 3 consistent clients there, who I doubt would return either. My search continues. Excellent job. I came here on the recommendation from a friend, and I'm so glad I did. Tiffany did a perfect job with my nails. She was very gentle and careful. I love the cuticle work dI get gel manicures, and they wrap each nail versus soaking your hands in acetone. They had a nice choice of colors, and used quality base and top coats. I love the gelish color I chose. My regular nail tech was out of town, and I like this better than the other back up nail techs at her shop. It's the same price as my regular place, so why not? $30 for a gel manicure is reasonable. The salon was also very clean and neat. I'll try this place again. Great experience. read more

The quality of work that I have received here every time I go is always amazing! I got a full set dip French for my parent's wedding, and my nail tech killed it. The retention was so good, I did get them removed because I'm not great at keeping up with acrylics, but the removal process was great and the color he gave me after was perfect! This is a nice neighborhood salon for a basic, no frills manicure. I had brought in a picture of a mismatched manicure with one checkered accent nail and was told they would be able to do it before getting started. She asked which color I wanted to start with, I told her it didn't matter. She painted one nail and then told me she couldn't do the checkers but she would do some "cool lines" instead. She proceeded to paint each nail the same color despite the alternating colors in the picture I had pulled up. I thought maybe she would do alternating designs on all the nails with the other color but she just did the one accent nail with what I can only describe as whispy, 80s-inspired nails. The gel manicure included shaping, the gel polish, and a light layer of moisturizer. Not much other attention, massage, cuticle oil, etc. My gel manicure with accent nail and previous gel removal was $43. Not a place you want to go to for trendy design work but fine for a basic color. read more

Daughter went for $50 full set manicure. It says $50 on the menu. After, when paying lady said $65. Wjen I asked why, she said long, curve, and kids know this. I explained my daughter was 14 and only there for $50. Lady argued with me as I paid and my daughter later said the lady refused to give short nails. the nails were barely painted and uneven. Disappointed! This place had such high reviews and it did not deliver. While the ladies providing service were sweet the end product wasn't good. I paid for a mani/pedi combo for both myself and a friend. Our pedis lasted so far but our manicures were chopped and wearing off on under 24 hours. I think they thin their regular polish. I was especially disappointed because this was my friends first time having a mani/pedi and I wanted the pampered feeling to lady. Unfortunately it didn't. Great new(ish) to the neighborhood nail salon and spa. I've noticed it many times and was finally in the area when I needed a manicure. So glad I walked in! I was greeted by everyone working and welcomed right in, without an appointment, for a gel manicure on a Friday about 10:30am. I was surprised it wasn't busier given it was the Friday before Thanksgiving. My nail tech was Amy and she was fabulous. Cheerful, professional and very talented. I showed her a picture I found for inspiration and she got right to work. Amy was incredibly thorough, with great attention to detail and relatively efficient without being rushed. Overall, a great experience. Excellent selection of colors including some of my favorite brands: OPI, CND etc. Just missing Essie! Prices were just about right and competitive for the neighborhood. 4 stars because I really love a good massage with my manicure, including a little upper back and neck love. Probably the worst manicure I have ever received. I paid for the pearl pedicure and was not able to enjoy it since they were trying to rush me out and were doing my nails at the same time. I came in with longer nails and the guy filed them down until I had 0 white left on my nails. My cuticles were also bleeding. I hadn't been to the salon pre-COVID, but can tell that they've taken steps and precautions to safely provide services to their guests. Though my nails turned out nice, the lady i had accidentally cut two of my fingers while pushing up my cuticles or whatever it is they do. They also attempted to make conversation at first with me and my friend but after we answered a few questions they gave up... It was convenient for me, and not to expensive, i got a gel manicure for $30, but i couldn't find prices anywhere until i got there and asked. I'm one of those 3 season pedicure people, completely skipping the winter months. I've been going to Pamper since they opened in 2017. The staff has always been super nice, sweet, and welcoming and my feet looked great when I left there. I was looking forward to getting my first pedicure of the new year and popped into Pamper. The technician I had never introduced himself. In fact , never spoke to me at all and kept checking his txts on his watch while chatting with the other technicians. I felt like Elaine on Seinfeld! It was weird. The pedicure was very poorly done. The nails looks okay, although not by any means perfect and are uneven. I can do a better job myself. The cuticle work and pumice scrub were minimal. From the time I walked in the door until my nails done was less than 25 minutes. I will not go back there. The quality and just the general culture of the shop has changed so much since last fall that it makes me wonder if the ownership/management has changed too. read more

However, my pedicure was not satisfactory . Only the very top layer of callous was removed. My nails are cute but my feet are rough, cracked and in the same terrible shape, as if I never had a pedicure. My manicure was fine. Despite the friendly staff, I would give my overall rating a two. Lena, my manicurist brought me the extensive collection of polish colors. They carry all of the popular brands including Gelish, OPI, CND and several others. I can honestly say I have never had a manicure as wonderful. Great attention to detail and a no rush environment makes for a most relaxing experience.
