This place is the bee's knees! The space is so bright, inviting and chic. As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed with a smile and handed a quick sheet to fill out on how I wanted my nails shaped and any concerns I might have had. Then we walked over and talked about colors and we were ready to go! My nails turned out amazing and I felt so spoiled with all of the attention Sade paid to my nails. I had opted for the quickie gel manicure, but by no means felt like I was getting any less of a pampering or felt rushed at all. Sade made sure I was happy with the shape of each of my nails before applying color and we had a great conversation. It's now been 4 days since my manicure and my nails still look great! I really put them to the test, too - packing, cleaning and moving nonstop. No chips or scuffs, my nails still look like they did walking out of the shop. I don't have enough wonderful things to say about my experience at Haven! From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a comforting yet clean ambience. Kristen did a phenomenal job making sure I was comfortable and explained every step of what she was doing. She was an absolute delight to talk to for a longer appointment (gel removal, mani and pedi), and an even more talented nail tech. Went into this appointment thinking it would be a one time expense, but was so impressed I will definitely be making more routine visits. I chose this nail studio because before COVID-19 they were known for their cleanliness and products. I was not disappointed. They are taking every precaution with masks, hand washing, sterilization and plexi shields. I have never been happier getting a mani/pedi. Marlena was patient and did not judge how bad my feet were. Really impressed with how long my gel manicure has lasted. Usually they peel after about a week but it has been over two weeks and its still going strong. Also got a pedicure. It was quiet in the salon- I was the only client. Overall a great, relaxing experience. The salon has a nice collection of colors, skilled nail artists, and a modern atmosphere that is still both cozy and welcoming. About a month ago, I went there for the first time to get my nails done the day before my wedding. I had some issues with my service and sent them a note with some feedback about a week later. They were genuinely receptive to the feedback and invited me back for another try - and I'm so glad I took them up on it! My second service was relaxing, my nails turned out great, and I found a cool new go-to person for my mani/oeneeds. Definitely a salon worth checking out! Whole new level of quality nail care. Update: changing to three stars as my manicure only lasted for a week both times. This place is so great! First it is beautiful and has so many cute details and second you feel good about getting a healthier & less impact to the environment nail service. I scheduled my appointment online which was easy to understand each service and the length of time. When I arrived was greeted and offered a beverage. The receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable about the different nail polish brands and was able to answer all questions. The pedicure and manicure service was also perfect! I had never had a water less pedicure before and was a little nervous it wouldn't be as good but it was even better then a regular one. My nail technician, Mary, did such a nice job and was really fun to chat with. I will definitely go back and make this my new nail salon! read more

Everything was clean, it didn't stink like some nail salons due to the chemicals they use, the polish is lovely, and my feet are feeling better than ever. I have been to Haven Nail Studio multiple times over the past few months, every time the service has been fantastic. Both Natalie and Zoey did a great job on a manicure and pedicure. The salon is very clean, everyone wears masks and the stations are all spread out nicely. The services are expensive but they do a great job, it is worth the price. read more

I love Haven Nails! Really peaceful environment, very kind and helpful employees. They keep track of the colors you pick for nails which is a nice touch. They also have a really cool mission to save water by it being a water less establishment as far as not using soaking tubs for pedicures or soaking fingers for manis. This nail studio is a GEM. I am an out-of-town bride and am so glad I found this place. I was concerned about cleanliness, since it's easy to get toe infections at other nail salons, so loved the waterless approach and the fact that they autoclave all the tools they use. Jocelyn took so much care on my nails, making sure I liked the shape and checking in on the thickness of the french tips before setting the polish.
