My daughter went her for the first time on Tuesday, 9/19/2023. She had acrylic nails with an additional gel polish on her nails. The looked great for about 4 hours before one of her thumb nails started to peel. By Wednesday, two more nails started to chip and peel. She called them and asked for a refund for the gel polish, but they would only offer her to come back in to have her nails redone. Unfortunately, she got her nails done for a specific event and could not return in time. I don't know much about nails, but this place is definitely suspect.

I have been a dedicated regular at this salon for the past year and have always appreciated the…read morewonderful, high-quality work of my regular nail technician. I have consistently returned because of the great service she provides. Unfortunately, I will no longer be patronizing this salon due to the unprofessional conduct of the management. During a scheduled appointment this past Monday, my regular technician --who was available and ready to perform my pedicure--said "hello" and waved me over. However, she was suddenly reassigned to another customer (the man of a couple who also had an appointment). When I politely suggested that the technicians simply swap to accommodate our preferences, the manager began pointing and yelling at me, stating, "No, no, no. I assign and no ask--no ask." The nail tech even went quietly over to the manager to quietly try to resolve the situation and only got yelled at by the manager for the whole salon to see. I will guarantee the man didn't care who did his pedicure that night. Following this outburst, I was left sitting alone and ignored for 10 minutes before I ultimately decided to walk out. When I called the following day to address the incident and to speak with the manager to find out who did all the yelling, the manager refused to provide her own name and remained completely uncooperative. At the time of the incident, I didn't realize it was the manager who was yelling and creating the scene. A nail salon should be a place to relax and unwind, not a place to be yelled at or treated like dirt. It is incredibly disappointing that a simple, logical request was turned into a public scene by leadership. As long as this manager remains in charge, I cannot recommend this establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Hello nail enthusiasts! If you're in search of a clean, reliable, friendly nail salon in the…read morewestern suburbs of MN, you should really give Elite Nails a shot. You won't be disappointed. The salon is under new ownership (Tommy) so all your negative past comments and complaints can be checked at the door. Tommy has remolded the shop with brand new chairs, decor, fixtures, and equipment. "Whatever is old looking must be new," was his renovation motive. It truly looks wonderful and is hands down the cleanest nail salon I've ever stepped foot in. I was in desperate need of a gel manicure and pedicure. Starting with the pedicure, I got the basic pedicure with callous removal for an extra $5. The pedicure was good with lots of soaking and massaging, not so much nail filing and trimming BUT my toenails and much too short for that anyways. When I get a pedicure I go in to relax and this was definitely a well relaxed experience. My nail technician was Tina, I highly recommend her for a pedicure. The gel manicure by Nikki was also fabulous. She trimmed, shaped, buffed, and exfoliated my nails and hands. The color I choose was vibrant and fun (peach paradise I think it was called). Nikki did one coat of base, three coats of gel polish, and two coats of top coat for strengthening the nail. She knew her stuff! We chatted the entire time and she was the friendliest technician I've ever had! Nikki constantly reminded me that the customer comes first so whatever I wanted she would do for me, and take her time doing it. No rushing! They also do a paraffin wax treatment at the end with a 5 minute hand massage for no extra cost. For those still reading, they offer a punch card system to reward you $10 off your next visit for every 10 manicures you get. Plus for their new soft opening, every service until mid July 2018 is 20% off. The prices are fair for the service you receive- $28 basic pedicure, $27 for gel manicure, $5 for callus on pedicure, etc. Overall my experience at Elite Nails was AWESOME. Although I now live in California and am just visiting home for a few weeks, I will most definitely come back whenever I am back in the 952. Thank you Tommy, Nikki, and Tina for a relaxing nail experience!

they totally rushed my nails and toes to get to another client! Totally rude, won't be returningread more

I saw their ad online and saw they were new so I wanted to try the out. Finding it is slightly hidden though it is next to a Kumon and pedatrics so parking isn't too bad. It's a modern chic minimalist vibe kind of shop with plenty of tv and clean tables and chairs for all. I felt like it was a clean environment and spacious so it wasn't like a cattle ranch, herding all the people you can cram into one space. Clean smell and everyone was so nice! Come here with a friend or two or three as there are plenty of chairs and room. The pedicure I received - Jade was well worth it and it's not even the top of the line. I felt like the quality of top of the line since Kayla did an amazing job with giving my feet a wonderful and relaxing experience. The chair was new since the remote didn't seem so peeled up and it worked! I appreciated the check in and clear instruction. Also I picked a polish that didn't show up too well and we made sure I was on the same page for what I wanted. You can tell they want to give you a quality pedi! I wasn't even the one bringing it up either so I appreciated that. Easy payment and I was on my way out in 1.25 hours. I wanted that attention to detail and care so I was happy! if you're in a rush I am sure they can meet your expectations. Sadly I didn't take any photos, but their IG page and online site, could provide a better preview! I mean i really liked the place that I forgot photos so come visit yourself. Overall, beautiful decor, chill vibes, excellent pedicure, easy experience. I loved it! I would highly recommend this place to try out!

I kept telling her I wanted them more slim and she said " ok yes! I know! I will do it at the end" gave her some faith but still ended up looking hideous.. I'm so tempted to cut them off but I leave for vacation. my appt was at 4, she had another appt @4:30, and we didn't finish til about 5 so her 4:30 appt was waiting on her and felt like she was trying to get me done and over with so she can go to her next client.. honestly wanted to add some cute nail art or design..clearly by the vibe they wouldn't have time for me. She then Drilled my skin it started bleeding right away. My fingers are currently stinging.. and I have TWO CUTS on my pinky and ring finger.. she then gave me an attitude when I told her she forgot to put clear coat on two of my nails.. overall the whole experience was terrible I walked out so eff'N annoyed. I honestly didn't even wanted to tip her but still did.. I hate going to nail salons where they act like they don't even wanna do nails in the first place. This was my 3rd time but after this experience I will probably not come back sadly.. I wouldn't waste my time or money again especially if I'm paying $70 for plain nails and terrible service.

Love, love, love Suite Nails!…read more I've been coming to this nail salon for quite some time now, and I've always enjoyed my visits. Each appointment feels like a quick spa retreat. All of their nail techs are very talented, kind, and thorough. I've had the pleasure of working with Amy and Titi. Amy is a dip powder pro. In addition to knowing how to apply dip powder so well, she's my favorite when it comes to nail prep and cleaning. I always appreciate the time she takes to properly clean and prep my nails before the dipping part begins. Titi is an artist. She's become my newer favorite tech when I want to get creative and add fun nail designs to my manicures. She specializes in recreating the most beautiful designs--Pinterest is no match for her. I truly appreciate the time and dedication Titi puts into her nail art, always making sure I'm happy with the final result. I also love the pedicures here, primarily due to how extremely relaxing they are. There are plenty of options and enhancements to turn your pedicure into a complete spa experience for your feet, but I really appreciate never feeling pushed to choose a specific upgrade--just whatever feels right that day. Whether it's gel or dip powder, my manicures typically last ~4 weeks, and my pedicures almost always last 5-6 weeks before looking like they need a touch-up. Excellent value. Because this is such a wonderful nail spa, they're usually pretty booked, so making an appointment is recommended. It's an excellent place for a girls' day or a well-deserved solo treat.
