DO NOT LET THE OLD LADY TOUCH YOUR HANDS! Just went to have her remove my acrylic and she absolutely destroyed my hands. Ripped off my real nail with cuticle scissors TWICE! I started bleeding. Then she proceeded to shave off my entire nail bed on all 10 fingers and left the length all mismatched. Does she even have her license?? I'm absolutely never coming back here. Ever. Again. She wanted to charge me $15 but I refused to pay for being butchered and she turned it around and started yelling at me to get out instead of trying to make it better. Like what in the actual!?? This place should be shut down immediately. So very dirty in there too. read more

Always good service and beautifu results. Been using these folks for years and I have never been disapointed.

I was having a girls day in Waconia with some co-workers and we decided to get pedicures. This was my first trip here and thought it was a little packed inside, but they were well staffed and ready to have walk ins and appointments. Their color selection was really good and their staff was friendly enough. I thought they did a great job on my pedicure though it seemed like some people got massages and others didn't even though we all got the same package just with different scents. I would say that would be an inconsistent experience. Other reviews were saying the cost was high, but I thought they were on par with other places I have been. Overall I would pay a visit again if I was in the area read more

We were very happy with the services we received today, they did a nice job, they were quick and the price was right. To the woman who stormed out while we were there stating she wasn't going to pay for her manicure, my recommendation is that you not wait until your services are completed to complain about the color, that's on you, glitter queen! read more

I gave this place a try even after seeing the bad reviews however, they hold true. I got an acrylic fill and within 2 days I had a nail break. I went in to have it fixed and was treated horribly by Loan. She was visibly irritated that I came to get it fixed, pulling my hand every which way then pushing it away when needed to dry. Didn't speak a word to me however, spoke to her coworkers and on her phone the entire time. She paused fixing my nail to text someone back. A couple days later ANOTHER nail broke. I didn't go back to get it fixed as I didn't appreciate how I was treated the first time. I paid $45 plus a 20% tip. I expect their quality to hold up and if it doesn't, for them to fix it free of charge especially when they broke within less than a week. read more

The worst. Dirt everywhere - and I was the first appointment slot of the day. Clearly attention to hygiene and cleanliness is not a priority. They are more focused on upselling services than doing a good job on the service you're paying for. Nails overpainted so cuticles red. Skimped on topcoat so the shine is diminished after 10 minutes. Just an overall poor quality experience. Don't waste your time or money. read more

My friend got her nails done for her senior prom, and when she first sent the reference photo to us we were super excited because it was a very simple, playing but elegant look. But when she sent us the picture of her nails, it looked like something out of a horror movie. I have gone to the salon and had terrible experiences as well, but I have never had something this bad. read more

First, it took the nail tech over a hour and she painted my nails to the point it was all bubbled and looked like a 3 year old did it. When I told her they needed fixed, she said that she wasn't allowed to give opinions on colors and knew it was going to look bad. What the heck.. she was the one that suggested that color. Then when she fixed the nails, she filed them so short that they were bleeding. It took almost 3 weeks of being in pain for my nails to grow back out again. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this one. In my opinion one star doesn't do it justice... I showed the lady doing my nails a picture of what I wanted before she even started doing anything (I will add the exact picture of what I showed them). About halfway through she told me that she could only do the design through stickers and showed me what she had. Not only did she not have enough stickers for what I wanted, they were super tacky and frankly ugly. So I decided to do nude polish with black tip (as seen in the picture) then she goes on to tell me that she can't do the black like the picture that it would look ugly and she needed to do it another way. So, essentially they couldn't do anything that I wanted, I decided to just do a solid color on all of my nails and leave. Not only did I leave with a slightly chipped nail...glue, nail polish, and other stuff all over my hands and under my nails, when I went back to try and have them fix it they tried to up charge me for their mistakes. (Though they did add in a design for free... so cool I guess) The nails look fine... I will most definitely NOT be going back. read more

Me and my sister, grandm, and mom did a great job. We got manicures and pedicures. They are very friendly and do a very good job on the nails. read more

I think they do nice acrylic nails but I've not had a good experience with dip or gel. Never lasts more than 3/4 days

I have been there only one time. The salon space is too full and feels tight. There is barely space to circulate. If there is an emergency it would be hard to get out. I went for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was ok but the manicure was not what I expected for the money I paid. The guy didn't really do a manicure, he just did my nails with the dip (powder) product but nothing else was done to my hands. Felt rushed read more

i came here requesting a design and the woman that did mine (julie) was being incredibly rude to me the entire time about my design of choice. The nails were lumpy and she left stuff on my hands. Everyone else that I have had here though is great. Thanks to Tommy & Ann who helped finish the design. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! They bait and switch you. They have prices on their website and then when you go to pay after they've done your nails it's a completely different price. When asked why the pricing is different they say " We can't update our website". Nails are rushed and chipped after an hour of leaving. read more

Not impressed. I've given this nail salon several chances and they always fall short. Filed the top of one of my toes while filing the nail next to it. Twice. My polish doesn't cover over the end of my nail and is not even close to cuticle at the base. Nail design was not what I asked for and not a good job on what was done. Won't be going back. read more

Went for the first time today for a mani-pedi. Staff was friendly and did a great job. Will go back in the future.

I'm a very picky gal when it comes to my nails. Arriving at venus nails i made a point to look around, very clean. The staff are decently nice, but MY LORD how are you going to put acrylics on me before cutting my cuticles?? I got my nails done 2 DAYS AGO and it looks like i need a serious fill. Prices are over the top expensive. i paid 56 dollars for short, boxy COFFIN acrylics that came out different shapes, sizes, and lengths. do not recommend what so ever. read more

Cut my daughter 3 times during her manicure and "gel" polish chipped off the same day.

It was my first time getting my nails done at a salon, so I went here. Now from looking at pictures and observing by besties nails they have gotten done at other places, I was content with what I got there. I wasn't exactly happy, they weren't done as correctly and finished as I wanted for the $45 I spent. I would say if you aren't as picky and not as much of a perfectionist as I am they are overall a great place to get your nails done. read more

I had let my nails grow out to get healthy and finally went in to get a manicure here, they did it 3 times. Each time scraping off the gel because she never let it dry before rubbing my hands. So my nails got ruined and the final time was still a horrible job and took forever. Acted like nothing happened and the manicure was super expensive! No apology or discount or anything. read more

This place has declined in customer service recently. I have had two bad gel pedicures in a row. It's sad because they are so close to me, but they only seem interested in turning chairs. I will not be back. read more

I read the poor reviews and I'm glad I don't believe everything I read. The establishment is clean and refreshing with modern lighting and soothing colored walls. The attention to the pedicure was fantastic. I highly recommend and condemn those who posted a 2 star review based on square footage. read more

went here to give them another chance , charged me 35$ for a manicure and didn't even file my nails and left them all sorts of lengths no color and still 35$ huge rip off . Took my 7 year old daughter and charged her 45$ for pedicure and 35$ for a basic manicure. my toes look like a 12 year old painted them. ugh so frustrated dropped 133$ for them to do something I could have done Better my self . This place has got to go. not worth the time Not money read more

I went in for a manicure. One of my cuticles was already tore and I told her to please be careful with that nail. Well she nicked it and it bled, then she dabbed super glue on it! A big glob. I should have got up and left but I didn't. She then proceeded to polish my nails. They were so uneven, and not professional at all. every other place I have went to rubs oil into the cuticles to soften them up. Not this lady. Never going back. read more

The day after I got a pedicure from this place, I had to go to the ER for cellulitis! Very unsanitary place! I will never go back.

Very disappointed in this salon! I have been going there faithfully every three weeks but this summer I have had nothing but problems. A French manicure with pink smudges on eight of ten white tips. I made a comment which only made them mad. I went back for a pedicure appointment and the girl I booked with was "too busy" so she made another do it and it was horrible. I tried one more time and they made me wait "just a few minutes" for my booked appointment but a few minutes was 30 minutes!!! Never again!!! read more

My daughter and her friend booked appointments for the night before Prom, a month in advance. They were on time for their appointments but kept being told, 'You wait.' So they waited. They waited 20 minutes. They waited 30 minutes. At 40 minutes they left as they had other commitments. All the while staff kept accepting walk ins over my daughter and her friend. This IS absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Obviously, at 7:pm the Friday night before Prom, they were unable to book an alternative so they went to PROM without having their nails done. Some other young ladies were also pushed off and eventually did get theirs done but didn't get out until 8:45 pm. I will NEVER go there. That just isn't nice. read more
