The people were really, really nice. But unfortunately, my friend didn't get that experience she wanted she asked for basic Frenchies with charms and they said no charms we were like OK that is fine. They did the coat way too thick to the point where her acrylic was two times her actual natural nail, which was not what she asked for. And did not even give the design she wanted.. the place was very, very cozy comfortable and very nice people but we paid $80 and got a result that we didn't ask for. read more

Horrible service. Took advantage of my daughter. Told her no extra charge for the services and charged her $60 plus a $10 tip for a gel manicure that the manager said costs $35. They refused to refund us the difference and they are deceptive and do not have any integrity. When I asked to speak to the owner the man who said he was the acting manager hung up on me. Who treats their customers like that. We are taking our business elsewhere. What a shame as it is local and was convenient. Super nice staff. My second time here and nail tech already remembered me. Theyre fast but quality is amazing. Nail tech recommended powder under gel and it made my nails last longer than just my usual gel. I wash dishes by hand and they typically chip off after a week or so, but not this time! read more

Horrible experience. Went there with appointment on Sunday late day, obviously they had over booked and running almost half hour behind. They were rushed extremely rude. The acting manager I assume went between 2 clients without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Watched 2 people come in and be seated never washing their hands. Hopefully the real manager gets well and returns soon or he won't have a business to come back to. read more

The salon is very nice and pretty but I had my nails done by the owner I assume. He was answering phones the entire time and not focusing on what he was doing. My acrylic nails are thick and uneven! When I told him that my nail was crooked he half assed tried to fix it and it never was fixed so I gave up trying to tell him. I had clumps of acrylic hardened under my nails. If the phones are that busy than hire a receptionist. He also did not know how to shape my nails. They look like flippers. He is nice but doesn't listen and was way too busy. If I'm paying premium price I don't want it to look like it was done by an amateur. read more

My girl Trang does it all! She does my manicure, pedicures, and lash extensions! She is SO fast at lashes and they come out better than anyone else. She has been doing nails for 30 years. I recently had acrylics done at this salon and they turned out amazing. Yan (I believe is her name) was one of the best nail techs I have ever had. She was very sweet and detailed. You could tell she wanted my nails to look good instead of trying to get me out as quickly as possible. Although there have been previous times before where I got my nails done by other people and didn't like how they turned out at all. I think it depends on who you get to do your nails but overall it's a good place. read more

Finally grew my nails out past the tip of my finger, enough to look good with a gel manicure. Went in and before I could stop her, she hacked them off...now I look like I have the nails of a child. I wanted to try a place close to home so call MN Nails today and got right in.for a pedi & fill. The gal that did my pedi was wonderful; spent time on the heals that needed attention and ended with a wonderful massage. A different woman did my nail fill, friendly and efficient. They have a wide selection of nail colors to choose as well as gel colors. My nails were cut back considerably more than requested, but they will grow. Overall, I was very pleased with the location and staff. The salon was clean and comfortable. I will certainly return and can recommend with confidence. read more

Don't know why I even gave one star. I've been getting my nails done since 13 every 21/2 - 3 weeks. They over charge, extremely rude, skip steps due to laziness and after two days nails start popping off due to cheap products and bonding agent. My nail popped off the next day one time just from pulling my covers up in bed, and when I came in and said what happened to get a repair they gave me attitude & charged me too!! Blows my mind since it's their fault never again. Crazy I spent about 200$ on my and little sister in two days two pedicures basic ones, not deluxe and one full set. Horrible, never again. read more

Isn't getting your nails done supposed to be relaxing? I have been going here for years. In the past it has been wonderful. Totally has gone down hill! The last 5 times I have been there it has been terrible! Today threw me over the top. I won't be returning! I made an appointment for 12. Walked in no one even acknowledged I was there. Others walked in after me were acknowledged and seated. They had the same appointment time as I did. Finally at 1238 I was told to walk back to the pedi chair. I went to sit down I stepped into the fire water and it was so hot it burned my feet. About 5 minutes later lady says put feet in. Um it is way to hot. Turned on cold and walked away. Next girl comes and says color? Told her needed to ask about a color on a pallet someone else had. She asked like 5 times. I gave the same answer and no response ever because she was too busy going back and forth. The next time she asked I just picked a new color. Never did get the sparkles I wanted. As I am supposed to be relaxing she is rushing through my pedi done in 20 minutes! During this time another lady comes and starts mani. She is standing to my left side and wants me to now reach around with my right hand all the way to the left for her to work on my nails. Glad she is comfortable! Now I am NOT RELAXING AT ALL. I am holding my right arm across my body to the left holding it in the air while she does a quick shoty job on my nails! I asked isn't this supposed to be relaxing? She responded oh so you don't want nails done? Wth? What has happended to this place? Oh and don't forget they ONLY WANT CASH! read more

I love my little family up at MN Nail! I always am greeted very warmly, and get the best service available. Their pedicures last super long- their nail polish is high quality! And the best part of the entire experience is that they rub your feet and legs for quite awhile! I won't ever stop coming to this place, sure beats a large company like E-Nails :) read more

I went in after work on a Saturday and they were closing soon and they still said yes to a manicure and my last minute decision of a pedicure. I tipped big as the owner and everyone in the salon was very nice to me. I got the gel nails since my job is strenuous on my hands and feet and I usually break nails from it, the lady there said it will last 2 weeks and if not to stop back in for free touch ups on my nails. The gel lasted over 2 weeks. I am very happy with my nails and especially MN nails and the customer service. read more

Had an appointment for nails and to get toes painted (not full pedicure). Fingernails were ok. For our toes, they didn't cut, file or even use a base coat or top coat. When I do my toes at home they last at least a month-these didn't even last 3 days. And they rushed us even though our appointment was 1.5 hrs before they closed. read more

LOUSEY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Last week I got my nails done at MN Nails in Prior Lake....I picked out a design and they proceded to screw it up so bad that I finally walked out after 2 1/2 hours!!!! I had to go to another nail salon the next day because when I went back to have them redo my nail color they refused!!! I believe that if a place cannot do a design they should tell you up front and be honest! They did not have the right color and did not have a clue how to do the VERY SIMPLE ddesign.
