I tried a couple times to talk to the woman who was doing my nails without result. Also, when I sat down I waited probably 5-10 minutes until she started on my nails. I don't know if there was any other reason than the women talking to each other. Other women came in to get their nails done and I noticed that one of the nail techs didn't get to her for at least 10 minutes, because the tech was getting her own nails done next to me. I'm not sure why. Maybe they were practicing designs with each other? Also, my left thumb didn't cure completely so I was left with a sticky nail. Bummed. Also also -- I think my nail tech was a little scissor-happy, my fingers felt like they'd been chopped up a little and stung under the curing lamp. Total for my gel mani was $30. So she rightfully got up and left. Who wants to pay for something they didn't ask for? But it gets worse. The owner chased my mom outside, recorded her, and called the police over a disagreement about poor-quality nails that she STILL paid for. Yes, paid. And instead of understanding her side, the police sided with the business and handed her a fine and community service. This place doesn't care about customer satisfaction they care about money, control, and intimidation. If you value being treated with respect and decency, don't go here. What happened to my mom was unjust and embarrassing, and no paying customer deserves that kind of treatment.
