Leah was very personable. Her office was clean and sanitary. When I asked, she mentioned having (I recall) 10 years experience as an esthetician. It was quick & easy. Set up my next appt on the spot. I highly recommend Leah. ***LOCATION TIP*** google maps directed me across the street. Did not love the back alley business feel. it's not a salon, just a small room that is stark and without even a sheet to lay my bare bum! Leah wasn't very engaging but was quick, efficient, and did a good job. When done she used an alcohol wipe on the lower section of the table for the next person. I found this questionable and a little too bare bones for my comfort.

I definitely want to do this service again. The water halo sent chills over my body, that was seriously the best! Unfortunately my SILs experience wasn't as good as mine. She did not feel the water halo, her ears were filled with water and her massage wasn't that enjoyable. I'm so sad she didn't have the same service provider as me because she was great! I will mention these are estheticians not cosmetologists so you will Most likely be leaving with rough dried hair that is not styled. If they provided that service done by hairstylists that would be a game changer.

I opted for the Koze Experience (so the full head spa treatment) and it was the most relaxing and calm I've felt in ages. Have already recommended it to several friends! Free parking in a flat lot out front. Small space, does not seem fully accessible from what I saw. My skin was so soft afterwards and felt great. Then a couple of days before my fiancé and I decided to get spray tans and again Hope did an amazing job- the color was perfect for both of us! We wouldn't have added those on if we didn't trust everyone there already. However the big day is what made the experience the best. They have a BEAUTIFUL area to sit in while everyone is getting their hair and makeup done- couches, chairs and tables- so you can all be together. We could bring in our coffees and ordered in lunch. Sarah and Herendy did an AMAZING job on our makeup. Herendy did my 11yr old's makeup and she didn't want to take it off she loved it so much. On top of all of that a few of us decided to impulsively get permanent jewelry that morning and Hope squeezed us in. I highly recommend going here for your bridal stuff or any special occasion or even just to do some pampering. 10 stars if I could!

I got a standard gel pedi with a simple flower design. After a bit, I could tell I was in trouble with my technician. She kept trying to fix the nail over and over. The picture shows what I ended up with. They waived the charge for the design, but once I got home and looked closer (had to get my glasses), I could really see what I was left with. $60 and a $15 tip, and my nails aren't fully covered, and now I'm stuck with this design. I called and left a voicemail but got no response. So now I need to find a new nail spa to get this all redone. It really sucks because I loved going there. FYI, Ben is awesome, but I couldn't wait to see him.
