I've been there twice and have been very happy with the quality of my nails and how gentle they were when they did the work. I have had problems previously at a couple other salons in the past where the manicurists were kind of rough when they did the work but no problems at all here. Plus, my manicure and pedicure lasted a long time, still looked beautiful at 4 weeks even though it was getting a bit overgrown. Excellent service. Excellent precautions for covid and overall I felt that they prioritized safety. Very clean. I had a dip manicure done and I could not be more impressed. I asked for very short tips & she still shaped them beautifully. She also asked me many times if I liked the shape, which I really appreciated! I also had a pedicure done and I've been suffering with ingrown toenails for over a year, this was by far the most effective pedicure I've ever had that's given me pain relief. The technician acknowledged my pain and was extremely gentle, yet successful at removing my ingrown nails. Literally one of the worst nail salons I've ever been to. The nail lady rushed my pedicure and was rough with my feet. When I asked her a simple question she would get frustrated and start speaking a different language with the other employees. My whole pedicure took 20minutes and was rushed. My gel nails are ugly to me because the color isn't the greatest. She only gave me two books to choose from for gel colors when there were 5 different books. Overall she was rough taking off my polish when I told her I didn't like it and kept snatching my foot. She got polish on my skin and used a nail file to buff it off my SKIN!!!! WTF! Love them! They always take their time and do a thorough job, without taking too long and keeping you there all day. Prices are fair for the area. The owners are a husband and wife (I think) and they are always very kind and have great customer service. I'd recommend Aloha Nails out of any nail salon in the area, and there are a lot. Then was ignored for 30 straight minutes while sitting in a 1/3 of the way full, lukewarm plain tub. 2/10 experience. Would skip and just go to another nail chain, such a waste of time. read more

Do not come to this shop! You will be overcharged. I came in needing a soak off and a gel pedicure... I paid 96$ in total. I've been to many nails salons and I've never ever experienced workers as rude as these people. I tried to explain what happened to both workers how the woman who did my nails told me one price and when she was done completely changed it which was something i did not agree too. I got hung up on twice! They never offered me anything! The man completely fabricated a story to me and was arguing with me... he was very rude! The whole situation was a huge headache. Do not give these people a penny of your hard earned money because they are very shady! They make up prices and then lie! He told me they have to charge for how hard a set is to take off??? I've never ever heard of that before... He told me not to compare McDonald's to Burger King when I told him no shop charges 40$ for a soak off... both of those places are very comparable! Hai does a great job on my nails. The other girls aren't bad either. Came in for a gel pedicure and a manicure today scheduled for 3:15pm, mind you they let me know what time to come. I was being flexible with them. I was asked to come soak my feet in near cold water at 3:30pm. It's now 3:50pm and my water is completely cold, the bubble system was never turned on to begin with. My feet are now out of the water and it seems as if we're still nowhere ready to begin. I like this place, it's pretty okay. I did have to ask her to use a new buffer, I just feel like I shouldn't have to. They do a good job with nails, but they do always want to charge for more and more as you go. Make sure you ask for the price prior to going, and confirm the price they said before they start. As is typical, the woman scrubbed the snot out of tender parts of my feet which always seems unnecessary and which she seemed oblivious about. Terrible experience. After I was referred to this place by friends I was happy to come for an appointment at 230 today. I spoke with Hai on the phone and said I would like my appointment with him or Lisa and he said to come in. It was clear the appointment was for a regular mani pedi. I arrived for my appointment and he said Lisa wasn't in today and someone else could help me which is dumb because we talked just 30 minutes before I arrived and it was clear either he or Lisa would do the service for me. I said I would wait for him and was only nice and pleasant based on who I am as a person and was looking forward to the experience. When he started my pedicure he kept saying that someone else could help me and Friday is busy. You know your schedule when telling someone to come in. Just say Lisa is not here today can someone else help you? When I first called for the appointment. He didn't say that and then he didn't want to do the service. Bait and switch is wrong. Misleading people is wrong. You want clients for your workers yet you need to tell people on the phone before they come to your salon that you can't help and can someone else help? Stupid. Maybe he is prejudice? And that is why he didn't want to do the service? I don't know. I have an important dinner tonight and now my nails aren't done. BIG to this business.
