I'm not an avid nail salon goer, but after coming to Bella Nails I might be! We made a reservation for 3 of us and were able to get in almost right at the time we reserved for. It was packed, but they had quite a few staff members working. 2 of us sat together and unfortunately our other friend was right across from us, but all our nails turned out amazing! I usually only do basic dip nails on my real nail, but I decided to show a picture from Pinterest of a design I liked and get acrylic nails with a design. She replicated it perfectly! I went there yesterday with my niece customer service is horrible and they talked about us because we only got the basic pedicure. They talk among themselves from the ladies that were doing our pedicure to these other ladies upfront. Then they had a sign that if you pay via CC there is an up charge. I'm sorry but that is a business expense and you can deduct in your taxes that should not be charged to the customer. read more

If you are looking for a great nail salon, look no further! I landed in this place 14 years ago when a full set of acrylics for a wedding after another salon (who I won't mention) messed my nails up. A girl by the name of Lisa came to my rescue and saved the day! From that moment on I have had all my fills or resets done here. Every month (yes I can wait that long for a fill without loosing a nail) I drive the extra 50+ miles to get my nails done.. Yes, the name changed (from Golden Nails to Bella Nails) and yes Lisa moved on, but I have always got the same great service! A++++++++++ I get wonderful compliments from complete strangers (men too) and I'm always getting asking where I get them done. I personally see Lynn, but I think I could see anyone and have the same great result! my normal nail tech was booked the week before i was going to go on vacation so i came here instead for a fill. the french tip is so thick, the nails are not all shaped the same, the acrylic isn't fully filled to my nail and you can see my old acrylic through the french. she rushed through the fill and very clearly. embarrassed to show these to people and will definitely get them fixed asap. read more

My two year old wanted her nails painted as we walked by, it was impromptu but I asked if they'd be able to paint her nails. They were so sweet and patient and the lady that did it even fixed her nail that she messed up truly it was a great experience and they were so kind, it's never easy to do anything for a 2 year old! read more

Love how my nails turned out! Great service, staff very friendly! My only suggestion would be to add music or something in the background to fill the quiet space. Also-I wish the $50 for the dip included more in the manicure then just some lotion rubbed on at the end. Otherwise, great experience. Never had such an issue with an acrylic full set, they didn't fill the bottom of the nail in (shown in the picture) and they've already started peeling off and I've not even had them for a week, they overall just don't look good and very disappointing because they're not the cheapest. read more

Came here today for the first time with my mom to treat her to a manicure for Mother's Day. This is not something that either of us get to do very often because it's not the most affordable thing to do regularly. Their website seemed to offer lots of different manicure options and it seemed like a nice place. The technician that did my nails was great! She was super nice and did a good. Unfortunately, the technician that did my moms nails failed from the beginning. Immediately she tried to upsell my mom into getting a gel manicure because it was Mother's Day and she should get gel instead. I had already previously stated that we wanted to do regular manicures. Gel was a little too expensive. Again this was something nice that I was trying to do for my mom that we rarely do and this lady managed to make me feel like I was being cheap. She continued to try and get my mom to do other things like waxing and pedi, but we didn't want any of that. She was way too persistent and ended up making us both feel uncomfortable. Also she didn't give my mom the towel wrap/wax dip or arm and hand massage that was supposed to be included in the manicure. Just slapped some lotion on her hands AFTER she had already applied the polish. We're not dumb, we know what the process is and felt a lot of steps were skipped during my moms manicure, which sucks because this was supposed to be for her and she got mediocre service. read more

Angela (I hear she is the owner) was the rudest person I have ever came across in customer service. She was taking off my old nail polish and would stop every other finger and take her phone out and text. She kept looking at her phone and not paying attention. She didn't get all the nail polish off and said it was the best she could do and handed me one of her tools to do it myself!!! She made fun of me when I asked if they airbrush the tips for a French manicure (haven't gotten a French in probably 5 years). There are air bubbles in the acrylic on my nails. After only sitting under the dryer for 4 minutes she rushed me out of there and told me to go home because they were closing (there were still other customers in there).
