Very difficult to get in for an appointment- they book very far in advance. My husband purchased $110 in a gift cards for my daughter and me. When I expressed my frustration with not being able to plan 3 months ahead for an appointment the person on the phone said I should come in for a refund. I came in to get a refund on the GC and the person working told me they don't do refunds on gift cards. I Will never go here or recommend this business to anyone. read more

Great nails for a great price! I had acrylic nails done and I love them! They aren't perfect, but then again, I didn't pay $80 for them. The lady doing my nails was the perfect manicurist, I hate small talk and she picked up on that. I wanted something spring-y and she helped me choose my color, a pastel pink. The coffin shape was $5 extra and she did a lovely job at shaping my nails. Whole process took less than 40 minutes and I went to class with cute nails. Will be back! Also, the student discount only works if you're in high school which doesn't make a lot of sense... just cause I'm in college doesn't mean I'm not poor lol. Lastly, if you'd like to tip, bring cash! The place is not clean. The tubs are dingy and their tools are stored in dirty plastic carriers. That said, the pedicure was sloppy. One of the women was on her phone the entire time talking very loud vietnamese which was annoying when your trying to relax and enjoy your pedicure. I had a gift certificate that was expired by a few days. They would not accept it saying it wasn't their fault I let it expire. She was very rude. Avoid this place. There are many nail salons that are better than this and that deserve your business. This place doesn't seem to care about their customers. read more

The name kind of reminds me of something I would see on an infomercial for a cheesy product, but it's a nail salon. I'll be honest, I'm not a manicure kinda gal, but turned into one when I got married. The thought of having those acrylic nails placed on my fingers wasn't the most thrilling, but I did it. I chose the french manicure and Kim did a really nice job. I told her I was probably going to rip them off as soon as they started loosening and as soon as I could, they came off. My mom referred me to this place because it was close to where they used to live and I'm glad I went with Kim. She was very nice, explained what she was doing and was accurate in letting me know when I could expect to get them off. Nice little nail salon located in Arden Plaza. Weirdest pedicure experience ever. Came in with my mom for two pedicures - hers was fabulous and mine was so incredibly rushed. First she acted like she wanted to paint my toes before she did a massage -- not sure how that would work considering then she would mess up my polish? Then I pointed that out and she gave me the quickest massage ever - not short but truly quick and not relaxing at all. When she grabbed hot stones she started the same thing and I honestly asked her to stop bc it hurt more than feeling good. She was very bizarre and made me feel super awkward. Even with a discount for paying cash, the fill and pedicure cost $16 from my normal place and weren't as good. It has been 11 days since my fill with gel polish and I need to go back and have them redone. My nails started wearing the day after I had my fill done and the topcoat had worn off by day 5. As for my pedicure, I know my feet are bad as I wear flip flops 365 days a year, therefore, I always get the luxury pedicure. I was charged for a luxury pedicure, but it was far from luxurious and not any different than what other people in my party were getting done. I've had a few manicures, but am not an expert by any means. I've never been wowed by a manicure either. Two complaints: one is the plastic tub the tools were in were kind of dingy and dirty. If the tools were stored better or if those tubs were cleaner, I'd give 5 stars. The only other complaint I have is the lotion used for the hand massage. They used a floral scented or something. Maybe I'll bring my own next time. I hadn't had a manicure in months, so my cuticles were AWFUL. After the trimming of my cuticles, my fingers/nail beds don't hurt at all like the have from other manicures. I had the gel polish and I really like the end result of my nails and the hand massage done. Convenient location. Sports on the TV (??? little weird for a nail salon, but OK). Super fast. I'll try again when they're less busy and ask some more questions and post a better review, hopefully. read more

Ive never had a bad experience here and i've been going here for roughly 5 years! the owners are so kind and always remembered what school i went to when i was in college, they are hard workers and hilarious and deserve every bit of business you can give them! the nails always turn out well and if you have any issue they will redo the flaw with no questions asked!! i will be going back once i test negative for covid to continue to support them as safely as possible :) read more

I have been to probably a thousand nail salons and this place definitely ranks with the worst, in my opinion. The service was super rude, unprofessional, and barely par in terms of quality job on the actual nails. Anyone who gets their nails done knows that it's about the whole experience, and of course that your nails actually look good too. It started with the main guy at desk being uninterested and rude about my color choice. Then the technician who worked on me was clearly rushed, checked her phone every chance she could, didn't even try to make small talk, and didn't show any gratitude for her tip (I had to- I just can't stiff people!). I have been going for a while and I normally read a book when I get pedicures. Today I did not read and noticed that the nail techs are not sanitizing properly in the salon. The gal that did my nails pulled her caddy over to the next person after me and started using the same tools on lady after me. the rocks they used in their massage part of the pedicure are heated in a towel warmer, not a sanitizer so literally every single person is getting the same stones used on them. the drills and files are not sprayed with anything in-between clients. pay attention, there is no sanitation here. read more

I have been going to Studio nails for 8 years. They closed at the end of 2012. I live in te area and I am going to all of the nail places in the area to choose where I will end up next. Tonight I went to Nails 3000. I was impressed at first. They were welcoming as I entered. The Gal that was working on my nails did not speak English very well, Even through I had a whole new set just a month ago, she started ripping off all my nails. I told her as I sat down that I only wanted to go a little shorter and that I liked them rounded. I left with very short nails that were very square! Needless to say when I got home I had to reshape them, and then repaint them. To make the experience even worse, they had the tv on very loud on a Vietnamses channel. They were all enjoying the show, but it did not feel like a very inclusive experience! This is NOT the place I will end up!!! read more
