My sister and I were in desperate need of manicures, so decided to test our luck and see if we could get an appointment, and we did. Walked right in and were greeted by a kind gentleman. He grabbed the colors and we sat right down and let the pampering begin. Kim was very nice. She was efficient. My nails look great. She told me if our nails chip less than 2 weeks and they will fix them for free. The salon was clean and spacious. I'm in need of a pedicure, so I may make an appointment this week. This is my preferred nail salon! The quality is one of the best that I've found in the area. As most nail salons, they are located in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking available. I enjoy walking in and every one knowing my name and my guests who have come with me. Their memory is actually impressive and it means a lot with forming relationships. In addition to quality, they are hospitable with providing soft drinks and water. I am not sure if they provide waxing services but I will update once I find out. read more

Today an older woman did my nails and I went home crying, my nails are much shorter than i want, very bumpy and the french tip is very uneven on all nails. the dhape is very not square, like i asked, and just all around terrible. I'm usually a little disappointed with pedicures because I always choose the most expensive option that includes the most add-ons and the longest massage, and often leave places feeling like the experience was lackluster and not worth the money. I've been here a few times, and that is not the case here!!!! I am so happy I found my new go-to nail place, and want to shout at the rooftops for everyone to try this place! I have left more than happy each visit, feeling like the massage was wonderful and the toenail maintenance was cared about and focused on. I get their top tier pedicure (I forget the name), it's $55 (+ $15 for gel polish). The pedicure includes the basics, hot towels, paraffin wax, great scents to choose from, a fantastic massage, and more. The place is always clean and everyone I've encountered is so nice! I went here for the first time and wanted to get a fill, My nails were pretty grown out so the gentleman recommended a new set, so I said okay, and he started removing my acrylic nail by taking a new nail tip and shoved it under the nail, over and over again. He got the pinky nail off, with pain, He started working on the ring finger and my nail started to hurt, I said "isn't there another way you can remove the acrylic" LIKE ACETONE!? like every other nail salon would do. He said he would try it.. I did not get anything done, my nail is barely there, it's paper thin, and hurts to touch. Honestly have never been to a nail salon that has 4.5 stars and has no experience or know what they are doing. I should have just removed them myself at home. Will not be returning. read more

The experience started the minute we walked in the door and were greeted warmly by the person at the front desk. Our technicians took their time and really provided wonderful service. This place is great! Very open, clean space, and close to home. I actually found this local gem from Yelp! Great reviews all around so I felt great going in. I had called ahead because I was in desperate need for a manicure and wanted something nice for Easter. Jenny helped me from the start, and was very welcoming and recognized what I needed and wanted to do after a short chat. I am recovering nail biter, and my poor nails are soft from years of acrylics! I got an acrylic fill with gel polish and a pedicure. The next day, my polish was peeling off on two finger nails and one of my middle toe nails was cut so short and angled that I ended up with a painful ingrown nail. I went to get the chipped polish fixed and they got me in right away to fix them free of charge. Unfortunately, the following day several nails were peeling or chipping again- I am not hard on my nails whatsoever and have never experienced this, especially when I'm paying extra for gel polish. I ended up going back and having to pay for a whole polish change & getting my finger cut with a tool to the point it bled, not to mention my toe is still in pain from the ingrown nail. On the positive side, it was a clean space with friendly staff and quick service each of the 3 times I had to go in. With that said, I still probably wouldn't return. read more

My friend and I came to Friendly's after scouring Yelp looking for the best service and priced nail salon. Jenny, who did my nails, did a wonderful job and was very kind. However, the owner did my friend's nails and she did not have the same experience. My friend asked for almond shaped nails, and when her nails turned out very round oval shaped she pointed this out, and was laughed at by the nail tech. The nail tech also called my friend high maintenance (she wasn't asking for anything out of the ordinary for an acrylic fill), pointed out that we must not have very hard jobs if we have so much time to spend getting our nails done (it was our day off), charged us more than we were told we would be charged over the phone (understandable if we come in and ask for more services than we initially requested, but we did not do this), and rushed us out of the salon when we finished. My nails turned out great, but my friend's were not what she asked for, something she got berated for in the first place. read more
