I'd like to start by saying I don't typically make reviews but I was so disappointed with the final product of my nails that I've sat with this feeling two days after the fact and still can't shake it. The staff were all very kind and the salon itself was nice. However, after going in for a walk-in appointment I understand why they have on their socials they prefer appointments (wish I knew this prior) and I strongly encourage them to be solely an appointment only based salon. I went in for a builder gel mani with French tips and ended up leaving with nails that have a series of inconsistencies. I am not a confrontational person nor do I ever feel comfortable saying anything in the moment but boy do I wish I did. A conversation was never had about what type of length or shape I wanted. It was actually so overlooked that a nail file and clippers were never even pulled out/used. Resulting in no uniform clean look to my nails, which if asked I would have specified an oval shape and a small tip. Which I know can be capable to do with builder gel. The polish and builder gel placement/coverage is also inconsistent and not neat, spots of my nail were missed and not cleaned up and chipping occurred within the same day I got them done. For paying $90 to get a professional to do my nails I would expect that they would look like a professional did them and took their time. The nail tech appeared to be focused more on the phone and preparing for upcoming appointments then the service of my nails and executing what I had asked for. I also provided her with a photo for reference of what I was trying to mimic - which again was a simple French, only tweek was I wanted a thin additional line under the French tip to give the illusion of a tiered tip. When I did my walked in I was fully aware I didn't have an appointment and those that made them would take priority so I would have been happy to have waited for when they had more time to do my nails to the best of their ability, instead of doing a squeeze/rush job. read more

First visit to LaBelle Nails and is was a success. I set up an appointment for a pedicure and was seated at my appointment time. I chose the essential pedicure which is their base option. I was treated to a massaging chair and spa foot bath. After trimming and prepping nails, my feet and legs were exfoliated followed by oil and lotion rubs. Very nice. There were many nail polish colors to chose from. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I loved the hanging lights and crystal hangers all around. It made the place cozy and relaxing. I will start by saying no one has ever done my nails right since I moved bank home. The service from when I walked in to leaving was impeccable. The saloon smelled soothing and welcoming. Very organized and clean. My technician Boa is my new best friend, he worked super great with what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. He is gentle and soft, a combination I have never received from any nail technician/stylist. I've been here twice, once with my friend as part of her bridal party, and once with my own bridal party before my wedding. This is a fantastic place for a group of people to get nails done. For my friend's appointment last year, we were able to bring snacks and drinks, and I think the salon even provided some stuff. For my appointment this year, I didn't ask about that but we still had a great time. They gave my friend a gift certificate as a present after her appointment, which she gave to me. I got one as a thank you after *my* appointment, and plan to pass it along to the next person I know getting married. Lots of massage chairs for pedicures, including some small ones for kids. They still have clear plexiglass between chairs as a covid precaution, which I appreciate. Last year I got regular polish and the manicure lasted through the wedding and beyond. This year I got gel to make sure my nails looked good for the wedding weekend and my honeymoon. They did a beautiful job, and were so careful not to get any gel on my skin. They also use the new gel polish remover that doesn't require the cotton and foil you might be used to. read more

Quiet and calm atmosphere hooked me the second I walked in. I was serviced by Amy and she did a wonderful job with a nail fill (way grown out) and design. All in this was only $60! (45 fill 15 design). Great overall experience. 4 stars because I wasn't able to get the original design I wanted due to being slightly too complicated. Bummed as pictures online made it seem plausible but oh well. Second choice easier design turned out great. She was receptive to my feedback along the way as well as patient with me being me. Clean and upkept. Multi color splats with white outline is what I ended up with. Blue mix match design was original idea that had to be scrapped due to difficulty. We had an appointment yet others were booked in at the same time so we came back, no biggie. We get back and realize there's still miscommunication on what we're getting. I specifically told them we're in a wedding. They added unmatched stickers on my daughters nails without asking. Then charged for them. I had mine dipped and they ended it with a gel and UV. First of all don't mix two different techniques, second of all the moment my nails came out the white was discolored from it. Which is why I chose the dip method. The techs are new. Can't add on extensions so you have to switch people. The second one I had never filed or buffed down after application so they're the most off white chunkiest nails I've ever seen with red specks. Didn't respect I wanted them shorter or the shape I wanted. WTF. I'd rather wear press on nails that be this disappointed again. I personally won't be going back. read more

Tried this place out on a whim and am sure glad I did. What a lovely salon -- better than most others I've been to in this area. Clean, lovely, lovely decor, great professional staff and ambiance. Even the bathroom was pristine. My mani and pedi look FANTASTIC and I got the pedi package that comes with a little foot massage. Wow did my tired feed need that -- it was really wonderful. This is the only place I will go in the future -- and I cannot wait to come back with my little ones as they have spa chairs for kids too! Fun! read more

I went here today for the first time. Being newish to Eagan, I've been to about 6 nail salons in town and around. This is BY FAR the best I've been to. First off, the inside is beautiful. They have nice relaxing music playing. The chairs are very comfortable and the ladies are all very sweet. Unlike the other places, they didn't rush my pedicure which I appreciated. They also gave my feet an actual rub rather than the other places that just "rub" your legs. Great service!! Will be back. read more

I stumbled on this salon when I first moved to Eagan years ago. After trying other salons and not being impressed, I was thinking I wouldn't find a Salon spot for my pedis. But then I found this place. Everyone takes their time and truly makes sure they are doing an excellent job. I never worry if I get someone I haven't had before because all work is consistent here. The environment felt awkward the entire time... I've never had that experience in any other nail salon. I received the signature pedicure, and for $45, I don't think it was worth it. My tech rushed through the pedicure... and now that I'm home, I see many areas that of my feet (dry skin/callous) that didn't receive any attention at all. My toenails are unevenly clipped, there was no cuticle oil, no base coat, no top coat. I'm not impressed and definitely wont be going back. read more

I love La Belle! I feel so fancy coming here because the aesthetic is so awesome. The color options and the talent in the nails is awesome. I got a detailed flower design once and they exceeded my expectations. Their pricing is fair and they make it clear how and what they charge you at the end. Great listening and direction on what your nail vision is and they have great pictures all around of the different nail shapes! I've been going to La Belle Nails for 2 years and have always received kind, courteous service. Very clean salon with comfortable pedicure chairs and a talented staff. Sometimes I treat myself to a nail design on just a couple of nails and I never know what I want but each time they surprise me with how skilled they are with a fun design. I always get the gel manicure and I switch between the basic or deluxe pedicure depending on how much time I have available. I really enjoy the deluxe pedicure though with the hot towel and foot massage. I do not request anyone in particular as they all do a great job and I leave with pretty nails.
