This was a simple mistake I had made and he reacted very poorly. There was blaming towards me as the customer and rude remarks. After I had made this mistake, he was frustrated the rest of the time, shaking his head with every finger he had to redo. Humans make mistakes, and this was a mistake that I know anyone could've made. This was terrible customer service and I will not be coming here again, due to the man who did my nails.

They drill down far too much as they want to get you out quickly. I have painful cuts on my cuticles now. I watched the nail tech take a nail clipper out of a box labeled clean tools, use it on me and then place it back in the same box without cleaning it at all. I hope I don't get an infection. Redeeming quality is they don't charge for using a credit card like everyone else does these days.
