My appointment was for 5pm but I was not taken until 5:20. I hate soaking my feet for too long and getting cold without being worked on so I declined and sat in my chair until someone freed up. Upon returning home I could still see calluses/dry skin and the whole reason I pay $70 for a pedicure is so someone to buff/scrape my skin until it's baby soft. She used an electronic buffer instead of a pumice stone/sponge like I've had before. Technology is not always better. There was also nail polish on my skin near my big toe that she did not wipe away/clean up. The new remodel looks beautiful and the customer service was much improved. The male working the front desk was so nice and kind, apologized for my long wait and kept me updated on the status of someone getting to me.

They drill down far too much as they want to get you out quickly. I have painful cuts on my cuticles now. I watched the nail tech take a nail clipper out of a box labeled clean tools, use it on me and then place it back in the same box without cleaning it at all. I hope I don't get an infection. Redeeming quality is they don't charge for using a credit card like everyone else does these days.
