First thing I noticed was that the pedicure dubs were not lined, normally I refuse to go somewhere without liners in the tub however I was already sitting in the chair with my color picked out and they had sent away someone else wanting a pedicure so I just wished and hoped hard that they properly clean these things. I asked for the signature pedicure and my friend had the regular classic pedicure, i watched them do hers and mine and I couldn't tell any difference, I'm still not sure what I paid an extra $10 for. The lady also clipped my skin several time and I'm really hoping I don't get a disease from that. At one pint she clipped my skin and I jumped backward and she made me feel like I did something wrong because she told me I scared her several times and told me not to move. So I said "it hurt" like sorry it was an instinct reaction, I'm not sure what else to tell you, then she replied with "it's dirty in there" like ok but you still hurt me quite a bit. The other thing I disliked was that they didn't seem very friendly and at one point some ladies were waiting in the front after they picked out their color of polish, weren't bothering anybody, but just standing in the front talking and waiting. One of the woman very harshly yelled across the place to them to sit down, so they did. Then about 2 min later the same lady clapped at them and again, harshly and almost annoyed sounding, told them to go to their pedicure chair. She actually clapped at them. I was a little taken back by that. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I got a friendly phone call letting me know there was an opening, and also some flexibility with the time. The communication was extremely helpful as I have a busy schedule, and needed the flexibility. The space itself was very open, with big windows, natural light, and comfy chairs. Furthermore, The Nail Bar requires guests to wear masks and use hand sanitizer upon entry. Mariah was extremely friendly and attentive. She took the time to get my toes sparkling! I appreciated both the cost and the service. I recommend and definitely will return.

I always make it a point to make my appointment there if I have a chance to be down in the MSP area. I usually book with Nancy because she's been doing my nails for years, but the other Nail Technician's are also great. They are always very helpful and take great care to make my nails look Perfect.

I finally have the opportunity to post this review in order to make others aware before prom,…read morewedding and summer season. I made an appointment for pedicures for my stepdaughter and I to have pedicures. This was early Fall 2021. First, customer service was aweful. When we got there, one of the nail techs came up to and asked if we had an appointment, I told them we did. In a rude tone she told us to sit down and pick a color, not welcoming us what so ever! She let us pick a color for only 2 minutes! This was my stepdaughters first pedicure and she was already nervous. To be rushed like that is again absolutely horrible customer service. Next, I told the nail tech who was the rude one unfortunately, that I am diabetic so I just want the dry skin removed, no cut, no digging into my toes, just the dry skin removed with a pumice stone. She just shook her head yes (she did understand English). All of the sudden she starts digging into my toe, I stopped her and told her again please don't dig into my toes. She looked at me and then started talking with the nail tech doing my stepdaughter's pedicure and was talking loudly in her native language and the other nail tech said she told not to do that; however, again she started digging into my toes. I told her that is enough, do not dig into my toes. She said I'm trying to make pretty, I told her again don't dig into my toes. We finished with the pedicure and paid $120 that included the tip. ( Which I regret doing.) Here is the worst part of the incident. That evening my toe hurt so bad I could barely walk. I tried to doctor it up, but to no change on my own, I went to my doctor and was told I have an infection and I need to be put on antibiotics! AN INFECTION that possibly could have never healed, which it did,but, if not I could have lost my big toe! ( I have had peds with my diabetes and have never had a problem like this one.) Furthermore, my stepdaughter also got an infection to the point she had to be referred to a Podiatrist it got so bad. Fortunately, hers healed as well. I know this is a long review, but I want it to be known to look at different nail salons in the area, ask them questions, and if they do not listen to you and your request before your ped, cancel that appointment! I do not want anyone to go thru the experience me and my stepdaughter had SUN NAILS IN WBL.
