Staff were all very nice, I feel they had limited selections for reds, very rushed from the moment you walk in the door. I got Gel X for the first time which was a lovely process but again, I felt the service was very rushed and my nails came out very uneven in shape and edges were still jagged. No nail prep for mani, I got a basic pedi; no real attempt to make any of my nails the same shape but it was okay overall. read more

Love this place. She did an amazing job on my mani & pedi. They play soothing music and don't talk to each other across the room which makes it a very relaxing experience. read more

i have been coming here for several years, on this day I had to wait 30-minutes past my appointment, then my pedicure was rushed and not good at all, she continued to look at the clock, not relaxing at all! read more

Ok Service for the price. However very nice people and place. Nail tips are 5 dollars each. Almond nails are 5 dollars extra. So is ombre, French tips. Toes and nails gel with acrylic fill was 120 read more

This is a good salon for gel nails and up. If you want a basic pedicure they use paper towel pieces to separate your toes and there is no place to let your nails dry. You are hustled out the door to risk getting home without smudging them. read more

Came in for a last minute/emergency gel manicure to repair a few nails that had builder gel. Also had my builder gel removed. Huy did an incredibly efficient job of repairing & replacing it with a neutral gel polish! read more

I had heard good things about this place so I decided to give it a try! Everything was fine until the woman giving me a pedicure scraped the side of my foot/bone. I have had 3 foot surgeries and mentioned that I had sensitive feet prior and then when she started using the metal foot scraper she was not paying attention at all and looking at others and scraped the side of my foot Unfortunately this kind of ruined the whole experience for me so I won't be back. read more

Lvy Nails always does a great job! The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and I am always happy with my mani or pedi! I highly recommend them. read more

Clean, thorough, luxurious experience. I appreciated the different pedicure options and the prices were fair. My only complaint was that it felt like they were talking about their customers the whole time and it made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe I'm just paranoid but the constant looks and snickering made it pretty obvious. I'm new to the area and have been trying to find my new go-to nail place. I think I'll keep looking. read more

I went to this nail salon based on recommendations from two friends. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The woman who gave me a pedicure did an amazing job with the massage and nail polish application, but cut my toe. It bled, and took a week to heal. The male nail tech who did my nails took me immediately after doing someone else and didn't sanitize any of his drills, brushes, clippers, anything. I asked him if he needed time to get the previous customer's red polish off and clean and all he did was shake his head and ignore me. Within one week my nails started to chip (I had dip) and they continue to just fall apart. I've had dip consistently for over three years and have never had them chip like this. The owner came over to say hello as he was doing my nails, and she was quite friendly, but Needless to say I will not be returning nor recommending this place based on my experience. read more

This is THE nail salon for Chanhassen/Chaska! They *always* do an amazing job. I usually get dip manicures and they last 3-4 weeks easy! This nail salon has become my go-to place for gel pedicures. They can typically get me in the same day I call and it is clean. The ambiance of the salon is also nice. The gel pedicures last a few weeks and they do a great job scrubbing my rough summer feet! read more

Gorgeous place, the manicurist are very kind, fun loving and excellent at their job!! I am a big guy with big feet and they do an amazing job with my Fred Flinstones!! I had a great experience here! I showed a photo of pink ombre dip nails i found on pinterest and they were able to achieve the same look on my nails in ~45 minutes. (I did not get fake tips). Nail tech was attentive to detail and very skilled and professional. My boyfriend got a mani with no paint right next to me and it was super fun! Will be back for a pedicure soon. This is the second time that my daughter has called this salon and been told to come in for a fill. When she arrives, they look at her and her friend and tell them they are full and don't know who answered the phone. I've been to this salon one time and the attitude they give to customers is horrendous! I highly recommend Elite Nails as they do their best to work everyone in and make you feel welcome regardless of your age & appearance! I give Lvy one star because I have to...poor customer service by the rudest employees! read more

Amazing pedi! Deluxe is well worth the upgrade. They fit me in on a Sunday morning before they opened. What excellent service. Salon is super clean, relaxing, and gorgeous. My new go to! read more

I did not like the slow service my friend was getting her nails done and then the lady realized that she had an appointment and kicked her out and told her to wait. Then my other friends nail tech did not ask if she liked them and got right up after he was done. My personal experience was that my lady keep trying to make me do gel after I repeatedly said no. My nails turned out good but the overall experience was not the best read more

I was at Lvy Nails today for a mani/pedi before my vacation. What I'd hoped to be an enjoyable and relaxing experience was chaotic. They were obviously short staffed. I had multiple technicians and it took well over 2 hours for the service because of all the changes and interruptions. The end result was a mani that I am not happy with. And will need to go to another salon tomorrow to re-do. read more

Very clean and cute inside. I got a gel manicure and within a week it started to peel off.

I'm not a big fan of people touching my feet ... or seeing them; so when I say that this place has an amazing pedicure, you can believe it. Very clean, relaxing environment. Ladies were attentive and good at what they do. This was a first time experience for my teen daughter and she had the mani-pedi teen combo, loved it. They were very polite and helped her through decisions and the process. Meanwhile I had the pedicure upgrade and can't wait to go back. Easily a 40-45 minute experience complete with scrub, clean, massage, and nail polish. The scrub and massage includes your calfs- such a treat for a teacher or anyone on their feet all day! I wouldn't go anyplace else after this. Overall the atmosphere is soothing and relaxed. It isn't a high-end super spa and salon, but for the west metro housewife and mom it's a step up from the average nail salon... just a touch of luxury, at an affordable price point. Call ahead for an appointment if you have a favorite technician. read more

A very clean salon and Saun did a great job with my nails. she took her time to make sure everything looked perfect and neat. Will go back.

Made an appt days ahead and waited 30 mins past my appt time. Loud and chaotic. Super busy and saw many others waiting and waiting. The gal who did my dip manicure ended up getting too close to my cuticle and had me bleeding. My first and last visit. Do not take walk ins if you can't keep up. It is poor customer service. read more

Very clean and updated nail salon. Was my first visit tonight and Christy and another tech did gel mani pedi for me. Both were very detailed. Nails look great. Felt comfortable and casual... no pressure kind of place! read more

I went to the salon on a recommendation and honestly will never be back. I never write reviews but feel compelled to protect others from a bad experience. I went in for my first dip nails treatment. The nail tech was very rough with me and burned my cuticles several times. I of course jumped every time she did it and after 4 or 5 "burns" she asked, "Does it burn?". I replied, " Yes, that is why I am flinching! That really hurts!" To which she just went back to her torture. My 14 yr old daughter joined me for a pedicure in the other part of the salon. I asked her how her service was and she shared that her pedi water was cold, cold! What the heck? I have never had cold water for a pedi in my life! She is too sweet to say anything so she opted for the basic pedi to get her feet out of the water sooner. I told the owner about my experience before we left and she told me the person who did my nails did a good job. What the heck?? No customer service here. You have been warned... read more

Got my acrylic nails filled at the chanhassen location a week and a half ago. Within 6 days of my fill I had to go back in twice to get my nails fixed. The polish wouldn't stay on and three of my nails were already breaking. I had to beg for a new color because the gel polish clearly was way too old. They wouldn't give me a new color, they just fixed the nails that were broken. All of my other nails had the polish chipping off at the tips/corners. Now, a week and a half after my initial fill, most of my polish is all chipped off with more broken nails. At this time I now have 4 coats of color and it STILL won't stay on. Here are some pictures of my nails today. I'm normally not a picky person and I rarely complain but this is not okay! read more

Very clean, beautiful salon. The environment is very calming. One of the best leg massages during a pedicure in the area. Honors appointments when you call ahead! read more

Went here once with my 6 year old for a mani and pedi and had a great visit. They even fixed my daughters nail after she messed it up!

I come here often for pedicures. The women here are always super friendly and spend a decent amount of time on my calves and feet when it comes to the massage portion. The color usually lasts for weeks, which also makes me a happy girl! read more

The salon is clean however the gel manicure I got lasted only three days before chipping. I went in to get the two nails fixed and was treated very rudely. The person who originally did my manicure and the person fixing my nails spoke Vietnamese the entire time to each other. The very next day a different nail chipped. One week out and four nails are chipped. I've gotten gel polish before and have never had this happen. I won't be back not only because of the poor quality but also because of the rudeness. It's such poor customer service to speak in another language around customers the entire time. read more

Great experience! I'm very picky and thought they did a great job. Loved the massages too :)

The store was clean and relaxing. The people were friendly and very professional. I'm pleased with my manicure and will definitely go back.

Not the best customer service. Not very friendly and kind of expensive. I was told a fill was $17 and it ended up costing me $30...boo.

I had an appt. After 30 minutes I left. They didn't seem to care. Pretty disappointed since I had been a loyal customer.
