So I expect my esthetician to manage the horror and make me have Gabrielle-Union-like skin without having to drink a gallon of water a day. Is this too unreasonable? Apparently not, because Megan has convinced me that she can deliver. For my custom facial she used a high frequency wand to zap my milia and other skin issues. It was such a warming feeling to find her using this machine because I JUST purchased one but was afraid to use it because I didn't want to shock myself or cause any skin damage. The lady who did my pedicure was really sweet but overall it wasn't a great one. My cuticles weren't trimmed so the overall look just wasn't great. It did quiet down a bit after an hour or so. I would recommend making an appt or if a walk-in go at an off time. This is in a small strip mall and parking can be difficult as it's a small lot.

My nails did not look the way I had asked (photo) and I very politely asked them to fix it for me with a new tech, i originally saw the man working there and then Tammy. They told me they would only fix it if I payed full price again even though my first set was already $75 plus tip. And that was with NO polish. He put on a white plastic nail tip then just put clear coat over it. I also tipped anyways because I wasn't going to be disrespectful. After they said they wouldn't fix it from the start, she attempted to paint over the nail and refile it to make it better. The whole time I was profusely apologizing for any difficulty but she would just stare at me and not say anything. I would also try to point out specifically what I was hoping to fix about the nails and she would just say she can't fix it or look at me and say nothing again. I quite literally left crying and they didn't say a word. I'm very disappointed because I have been going here since high school and would always recommend to others.
