If i'm not sure on a color or design, they are able to help, and know their inventory and colors so well that they will even mix colors to make one that I'm describing. The skill of each of them is phenomenal and I always leave happy. They take my tips off while I get a pedicure so my cost is efficient and relaxing. Their prices are quite reasonable. Most of all this small family run business works together like a well oiled machine and I always feel uplifted after having spent time and money here. Highest recommendations.

It was uncomfortable having to repeat multiple times that I could not get gel this time, and politely saying "maybe next time!" after already paying for a full French tip set with designs and gems. While getting the pedicure, the lady pulled really hard on a hang nail I had. I gasped, and she said "what... it hurts? you need to remove". i haven't gotten a pedicure in a while so I trusted her and let her keep pulling it (My fault I guess). I woke up the next day my toe was completely swollen. I went into the salon to let them know what happened. The owner said "yea I guess you need to go to a doctor... sorry.." I paid to get a simple pedicure now I had to pay for a doctors appointment and have medication sent to the pharmacy to resolve. I had a date night after this salon visit, and I had to wear toed shoes because I was so embarrassed with how bad and swollen my toe looked. Thanks a lot. He didn't offer any discount on a future service and acted like he did not care. All he asked after was "so.. are you gonna get your nails done or no?" And that's when I walked out never to return.

or customer service and bad quality…read more Unfortunately had a very negative experience getting my nails done here and when I tried to get it fixed was treated rudely. My nails did not look the way I had asked (photo) and I very politely asked them to fix it for me with a new tech, i originally saw the man working there and then Tammy. They told me they would only fix it if I payed full price again even though my first set was already $75 plus tip. And that was with NO polish. He put on a white plastic nail tip then just put clear coat over it. I also tipped anyways because I wasn't going to be disrespectful. After they said they wouldn't fix it from the start, she attempted to paint over the nail and refile it to make it better. The whole time I was profusely apologizing for any difficulty but she would just stare at me and not say anything. I would also try to point out specifically what I was hoping to fix about the nails and she would just say she can't fix it or look at me and say nothing again. I quite literally left crying and they didn't say a word. I'm very disappointed because I have been going here since high school and would always recommend to others. Unfortunately I will not be returning and neither will my friends and family.

I came in on a Monday night, so it wasn't busy, and I was able to get seated right away. The pedicure chairs were comfortable, and I enjoyed the massage feature while soaking my feet in the hot, bubbly water. I asked for shellac/gel French tips, and the tech brought over the color basket. The pedicure itself was just okay. She didn't spend much time on the basics like callus removal or a calf massage, but the French tips turned out nicely. I was actually impressed that she painted the white by hand instead of shaping with remover. After the pedi, I was moved to the nail desk for my manicure with the same gel French tips. The time spent felt about the same, pretty quick and without a hand massage, but again, the finished look was clean and well done. The hand-painted tips were a nice touch. Overall, the staff was very nice, and the salon itself is adorable. It was a decent experience with room for a little more attention to detail.

The pedicure was relaxing...definitely recommend the Richfield Pedicure or the Natural Harmony Pedicure. My builder gel nails turned out really well. Clean, polished, and exactly what I asked for. Cindy did a really good job! The staff was friendly and professional, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

I was greeted warmly by both the owner (?) and the nail tech. While sitting here I notice they have repeated customers and they are very friendly to both repeat and new custimers. I was specific with my nail tech and she was nice about what I wanted, which was 3 coats using two of my own polish colors I brought from home. I am now going to have a mani too. I will definitely come back here on a regular basis!
