The store is clean, a good temp, and has different music playing each time (I hate places that only play one playlist!). I've had both a mani and pedi there. The staff were so nice!! I'd been going to another salon for years previous to my visit here. Historically my gel manis would last me about 2 weeks. Not longer, ever. Since going to pro nails, my manis have lasted 3+ weeks without a single chip, break or issue. I'm majorly impressed! They do specialize in dip nails which might have to do with them lasting longer. This salon doesn't make me feel like we are cattle that just need to be shuffled in and out as quick as we can. One thing to note is you can't tip on card so you need cash, but you *might* be able to ask if they will let you Venmo the tip.

I was looking for a gel pedicure before I left for vacation and was able to schedule a same day appointment within an hour. There's a large parking lot and a Caribou Coffee right next door if you want a sweet treat during your appointment! Lisa was so kind and made me feel at ease. I am more of an introvert and getting any type of beauty service done can be intimidating, but I loved my experience. Her shop is also very clean and service is very efficient. My appointment took ~30 min! Her pricing is very affordable, I got a basic pedicure for $40 + $15 gel add on. This was the first time I've gotten a pedicure in years but might consider getting them more regularly with Lisa! I will definitely be recommending Lisa to everyone I know (:

The worst I've had in over a decade. When I told Ms Kim they were different, she told me "sometimes the eyebrows are just different." I was appalled. Like you just sculpted them. And they are not even close. She attempted to fix them and only worked on it for less than 60 seconds and said she was done. Waste of time and money. This is my go-to nail shop because it's right down the street, so it's very clutch. It also helps…read morethat the owner is accommodating with scheduling and the shop is open on Sundays! The quality is great for the price with the caveat that I've only ever gotten a simple design once. Other than that, I usually get a full set (basically the dip powder brushed over my real nail) with a solid color or French tip. But even that I've found can be pretty spendy at other locations--and here a manicure costs me $50.00!!! French tip costs extra, but they have loyalty punch cards that allow you to earn a free design after a few visits and a $7.00 discount when you fill the card. If I get a pedicure I usually go for the basic (I think, can't remember but it's around $45)! Which means I can get a mani + pedi for just under $100.00 ... AMAZING. And while I've never gotten my eyebrows done here, I've seen regulars go to the back room for this service. They used to also do eyelash extensions but have gotten rid of that since COVID. The vibe is they've been in business for decades and spend their money on quality nail products rather than decorations or marketing. Love it because that's probably what keeps the cost lower than average. 10/10 would recommend for regular nail maintenance!
