The owner greets everyone when you walk in. Super friendly guy. Clean. Reasonable price. The tech was very polite. A little too gentle on the massage though. Otherwise very thorough. read more

Always have a wonderful experience here!! They are so nice and remember their regulars which is nice

My tech always does an amazing job on my pedicures! I have ingrown toenails and he takes extra care to make sure that mine stay away. The massage is the best I've ever had as well. This is the only place and person I will go to now! read more

Went to Love nails for a pedicure yesterday. Worst pedicure ever. The male who did my pedicure was in a hurry. He didn't spend much time on my toes. Painted my toes and they looked terrible. will never go back there again! read more

I asked for pink French tips. The guy who did my Nails could not match the acrylic to the color currently on my fingers and put a totally different color. When that didn't look good he tried to paint over it with gel polish and do a French tip over that. It looked even worse. He then did pink all over (not what I asked for) I leave for Vegas on Thursday and would've went to another nail shop that could do a basic French tip. They also charged me $70 for a FILL. This place is a scam DO NOT GO HERE. read more

If I could I would leave a negative in the Stars. This place is the worst nail shop I have ever been to. The lady that did my pedicure didn't even know how to make my nails straight. They were crooked and I asked her to fix them and she fixed them worse in the opposite direction. Then when it came time to do my nails the lady kept burning me and it hurt. I asked her to be careful more than enough times. I left with my nails not completed and I still had to pay $65 for a mani-pedi. No gel. Absolutely crazy! I will never go back! read more

Happy's nails consistently break and he charges 5$ a nail to fix. I have been patient and a good tipper but nothing has changed.

SO HAPPY with my nails. This was my first time visiting Love Nails. I was a walk-in and Cindy did my nails. She removed my grown out acrylic/gel and I did the powder/dip. I live close to this salon and am happy to know I have found my regular spot now! Cindy was careful, efficient and I will definitely be going back here as my regular place. I can't speak for the other technicians, but from my experience today I recommend Cindy. She filed them evenly and did the shape that I asked. I had showed her a picture of my nails when they were a shape that I liked, and she did that. Very friendly staff. The man working there Ton? Tom? greeted me right away and chatted with me but not too much. I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. read more

I went to Love Nails wanting to love it because it's right next to the gym so it's convenient. However, I asked for a pink and white ombré. It seemed like only one lady was experienced enough to do the job. Obviously not. She was nice which was great but she did a terrible job of keeping the cuticles clean. Profile view of my nails are terrible. It's 5 days until my wedding and I have to get them redone. I tried calling to see when a manager would be in to see if we can do something about it, they told me the time of when the salon closed for when the manager would be in. Of course, on the phone I didn't know the hours of operation so I didn't question it. I really wanted to like this place but I had no luck. read more

I have been getting my nails done here for years because they are friendly, kind and always do such a nice job on my nails whether it has been acrylic, pedicures, gel or dips. I accidentally dropped a hundred dollar bill in there the other day. When they found it, they went out of their way to go to where my daughter works next-door to get her number from the manager to call me so that they could return my money to me. That was my bill money and it would've been a strain for our family if it would have been lost. I appreciate them finding me and returning my money I am so grateful! read more

These ladies are the BEST! I've been going here for many years. I live over 30 miles from this establishment it's well worth the commute! Because of the distance I've had to occasionally go elsewhere and always regretted it! Nobody, I mean Nobody can correct an ingrown toenail like these people! read more

my nails looked horrible. I was quoted 50 and charged 55. asked for powder gel tips didn't get what I wanted. made an appointment for 1:00 didn't get in until 1:20. overall won't be back read more

Worst nail salon ever. No upkeep on chairs, walls or appearance. Sink chipped. Looks like they pulled out of a dumpster and put in salon without painting. Asked to file down a little. One had was left long and other hand was cut down to skin. So upsetting, luckily my nail grow fast. Did not do any base coat. Painted gel foundation directly to nail. Salon does lots of fills with limited colors. They are clueless on natural nails. Stay away from this place. They have 3 other salons that are WAY better within a couple miles of this location. read more

This place was recommended to me by a friend after having a bad experience at a different salon (cut and scraped my feet raw). They weren't overly busy on the Friday night I came in and were able to get me in right away. I was asked upon sitting down which pedicure I wanted - the regular or upgrade that included a scrub and callous removal ($25 and $35 respectively). I went with the upgrade and was so glad I did. The $35 pedicure included a calf scrub/message, callous removal, wax treatment and a foot massage. It was divine. I was there for around 45 minutes, so make sure to set aside enough time and don't have something planned right after. They take their time at Love Nails but it's completely worth it! On top of that, its over two weeks later and my nails are still in perfect condition. read more

I'm very particular about my nails and strive for them to look natural - I get gel nails. It was a little rough to start but the gal that did my gel fill was great!! This was one of the BEST fills I've had from around the area. It's also a plus since its right next to Lifetime. I'm excited to try a pedicure the next time I go in. The prices here are also very good. read more

TERRIBLE!!! Actually embarrassing. I'm mad at myself for not going back and demanding a refund. No care taken in the quality of the manicure. Left my nails practically glued to my skin even though I asked her to fix it. Toes are messy. So unprofessional. read more

I had a gel manicure done on a Sunday afternoon I got there at 5 and they still took me even though they close at 6... well I got out of there after 6:30 I waited like an hour to get service. After 3 days of having my nails done one of the nails started to chip off. Now a week later two more started. Never had that happen in other salons. read more

Seems like whenever I call, they can usually get me in within 20 minutes. They've always been a little bit more overpriced and recently I'm starting to wonder why because all of my nails popped off when I go to this place and I'm left paying for the extra nail when I just got a new set there last week. No loyalty to returning customers. read more

A friend and I stopped in here yesterday for a mani/pedi treatment, and I was very pleased with the services! Tina gave me a great Deluxe pedi and gel mani. The Deluxe pedi is 10 dollars more, but it includes a mask/hot towel, sea salt scrub, and paraffin wax for your feet. Plus a long massage for your feet/calves. It was definitely worth it. Also I am super picky about my nails and she did them perfectly to my liking :) I would come back if I was in the area again. read more

Update: a little disappointed today. Lady was a little to harsh on my natural nails. Paint job was a little messy. Have to go home and clean around my nails. I think your experience is dependent on who you get in this shop I was a little hesitant to enter the shop after the bad reviews;however, I gave them a shot. Overall, I was very happy with my manicure. The result looked very nice, she was quick but precise, and she was very nice. Perhaps they remodeled also because the place looked clean and organized. I'll more than likely come vac read more

Amazing staff! We got seated right away. They turn on the massage chair right when you sit down. It is a relaxing place. I wasn't expecting such a great massage on my feet and lower legs. They put a nice warm wax on your feet, they do it all!! I 100% recommended this place. I won't go anywhere else. read more

I had a deluxe pedicure. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My toes feel amazing! Thank you Yen! I will be back read more

This place was such a delight. The only reason it's not 5 stars was because the price was a bit high my first time. However, I cannot recommend enough the Deluxe pedicure! Especially if Nancy is doing it. Oh my God, it was so luxurious and exquisite. My feet were calloused and disgusting after 2 years of no care. Now they're like silk. I will be going back here at least once a month now. read more

Love Nails - Pink and white full gel set. Pricey, but guaranteed not to chip, so worth the investment. - Nail Salons Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

The worst!!!!! I asked for the #51. This bitch hand me a 15. I told hey it was wrong. She argued and told me it was right!!!!! She kept arguing with me. After the final coat I asked for the final Swatch and she said she couldn't find it. The bitch got rid of it and tried to make me feel crazy. I NEVER GET A DEEP RED. And that's what they have me. Kept trying to make me keep the color because they knew she fucked up!!!!!! I told her I wanted coffin shape and she game me round. Very unprofessional!!!!! I'm upset and hurt and I hope they go out of business read more

Love this place! I just moved here and found this place Bc it's next to my gym. My nail tech was super nice, helpful and did a really great job on my pedicure. Would def come back here read more

This place left me sad. The nail tech rushed in cutting my nails and even was a little harsh when she took out a hangnail. I always get them taken out and they never hurt and this time I wanted to cry. She yanked them out. One of my toes didn't even hurt until after she pulled it out and she said it was because there was still a hangnail in there.noooooooo it was tender and burned when she put lotion on it. I am never coming back here again. read more

Deluxe pedicure: My experience last night was a good one - the woman doing my pedicure was very attentive, gave a lovely massage that she was actually attentive to, and my toes look lovely. If I could choose to see THIS person again, exclusively, I definitely would. However, pedicures happening in neighboring chairs were much more perfunctory and done much more quickly, so I get the sense that my experience was more related to my particular pedicurist, rather than the shop as a whole. read more

I was in last week for a pedicure and manicure and while the service and pricing was good - I was cut a few times on both my toes and fingers while they cleaned up my cuticles. I was cut so bad on my toe that I ended up in Urgent Care with a severe infection. I've been nicked before while getting pedicures but have never had anything like this happen. I unfortunately, never saw them clean the tub as it was already filled and bubbling by the time I got there ( I was late to meet some friends for a pedicure there). I am now on anti-biotics and in a boot as I can' wear a normal shoes, needless to say I won't ever be back. read more

I went to Love nails years ago and I loved the lady who did my nails. She always did a good job. I moved out of the area but was in that area visiting yesterday(April 1,2017) a friend and we went to get our mani's and pedi's. First of all the prices are totally ridiculous. They charge $25 for a basic mani and $15 for gel polish...which I didn't know until afterwards. So I also wanted a gel overlay on my nails. We started with pedi's and all they did was cut and file your toenail, dip your feet in bags of wax, lotion your legs and feet and paint your toe nails. They did no massage and no scraping the dead skin off or anything. So the person who used to do my nails was there so I requested her for my nails. I don't know what her problem was or if she was angry or didn't want to do it, but she did a HORRIBLE JOB on my nails. One of them was extemely crooked and lifted so I asked her if she was going to fix it and she told me "it was my pinger"(finger). My nails were all uneven and extremely thick and unnatural looking. She was very rough and sloppy and by the time I got done I was charged $90 in total and told that my nails cost $35 plus $15 for the gel polish! I was in total shock and disbelief because she would always do such a good job. I left there peeling dried gel powder off of my fingers! They have definitely gone down hill and I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone to go there. There services are not worthy of the price they are charging people. I can go to a nail shop in Eagan and get way better service at a cheaper price. I see a lot of negative reviews in them so if they are treating their customers like that....than its time to hit them where it hurts and that's in their pockets. I am highly disappointed. read more
