One can easily tell staff care about their customers and, their regular customers appreciate the staff. Staff are well trained, accommodating to any sensitive areas/needs and, their attention to detail is phenomenal. -Atmosphere: Great lighting, clean interior, always smells amazing and they recently got new chairs that can finally accommodate my long legs -I'm 6ft tall and, this is a rare find in the Twin Cities. BH Nails plays calming music noises and I appreciate that it's not loud. Overall, the vibe is warm and welcoming. -Other: Ideally, bring cash for payment. At minimum, bring cash for tip. There's a gas station next door with an ATM if you forget cash. Parking is free and easy to find, you don't have to parallel park. (i did have to take a star off bc one my nails popped fully off within a week but i bought store glue and put it back on. no big deal to me. also photos are after a little over a week)

My nails did not look the way I had asked (photo) and I very politely asked them to fix it for me with a new tech, i originally saw the man working there and then Tammy. They told me they would only fix it if I payed full price again even though my first set was already $75 plus tip. And that was with NO polish. He put on a white plastic nail tip then just put clear coat over it. I also tipped anyways because I wasn't going to be disrespectful. After they said they wouldn't fix it from the start, she attempted to paint over the nail and refile it to make it better. The whole time I was profusely apologizing for any difficulty but she would just stare at me and not say anything. I would also try to point out specifically what I was hoping to fix about the nails and she would just say she can't fix it or look at me and say nothing again. I quite literally left crying and they didn't say a word. I'm very disappointed because I have been going here since high school and would always recommend to others. Unfortunately I will not be returning and neither will my friends and family.
