Said no problem free full set tomorrow! When I arrived staff embarrassed me in front of everyone, making excuses! I told her forget it! She did no no, then continued to ramble on ! I got my nails done here they cut my toes too short and told me they have to charge to fix it or make them longer. I'm not a rude person so I don't get why they were acting with much customer service care it wasn't pleasant and I won't be going back the manager said it wasn't cute because I didn't get a full pedi just a polish change which I understand but they weren't very much a help. read more

Friendly staff but didn't fully listen to what I wanted. I think it's important to fully listen and take time to look at the photos instead of rush. Didnt even clean up my nails before putting dip on. Asked for a different design on each nail more than once and she only did one and put all the stuff away before asking me what I thought and cured them. Upsetting since I had pictures for each design and she barely took time to look at them and went to set up the next person. This is my second time here. Not sure we will be back. They push you to do gel polish when I only wanted regular nail polish. They "pretend" not to hear you well then speak their foreign language in front of you. I had to speak super loud and turn heads before they suddenly heard me. Geez. So sick of this behavior. I usually like coming here, but I've had bad experiences the last couple of times. They always seem to be in a rush even in they're not busy, and don't seem to have time to even show their clients the color options. I went here 2 days ago and asked for a pretty tough design which he said would be no problem, but it was nowhere near the photo I had showed him. Now my thumb polish is completely peeled off and the others are chipping away too. I was also charged $50 when the girl next to me was charged $35. There was barely any extra time spent on the "design" though. Overall a nice location, but has gone downhill with customer service and quality of service and products. read more

I tried to tell the tech they were looking pointy and she quickly shut me up by saying wait. worst set of acrylics i've ever gotten. the girl doing them kept getting distracted. the nails turned out to look like those press ons from walmart. the acrylic powder goes on the sides of the nails, into the skin. just overall worst $40 spent. i also asked for square... idk what shape this even is but it's not even coffin. also they chipped within 2 hours and it's gel polish. read more

I made an appointment for 5:40 and arrived 10 minutes early. My nails were not started until 6:30 and turned out nothing like my reference photo. They didn't get done with my nails until 8:10. I was there for over 2 hours and am so disappointed. I left a tip even but will not go back because $77.00 for bad nails is not ideal. I didn't get a goodbye or "have a goodnight ". The woman who worked on my nails asked me if I had cash to tip and didn't say anything after I tipped and said "have a goodnight". While Jimmy is excellent, only a few people in the shop can do the clear nail gel and they do not do it well; the nail breaks within 1-2 days. I left this shop because of a terrible screaming match between two of the technicians. I had scheduled with a certain person but he was not there when I arrived. A lady technician told me, "it was his day off," and a male technician began TWO 10-minute screaming matches at her for replying to me. I will continue to use Lily for waxes, but will find another nail shop. That was totally unacceptable behavior by that male nail technician! read more

We made an appointment and it took over 1.5 hours for a gel pedicure. I told them to never mind on the lotion and leg rub because it was taking so long. I don't appreciate places that overbook themselves and the customer ends up sitting longer than expected. I also thought they were expensive. They did do a good job on the nails. I have always enjoyed this salon and the friendly staff but today they out did themselves. I called yesterday asking for a full set of nails and pedi but I couldn't make it there until 1hr before they closed. he explained it may take longer and I said I could come back the next day too if I didn't get there earlier. Needless to say I got to the salon 10min late fully expecting to have to come back the next day for one of the services. Instead the workers stayed late to complete BOTH and did great work!! I live in NYC but am in the area this week for a conference. I wanted to get a mani-pedi and picked Exquisite Nails based on the reviews and location. I just finished my appointment and was really impressed! Jasmine did my nails and she was very detail-oriented and took her time. This is the eggplant of nail salons for me. Huh? I like the thought of eggplant, I like Parmesan. I've had eggplant Parm and didn't much care for it but I kept at it and upped my game by ordering it from a very good restaurant. Nope, I don't like eggplant. The parm -- they do not rush you and really give you one on one attention and the place was very, very busy. It was a full manicure with lotion and massage. The prices are very reasonable. Now for the eggplant -- drills! I hate getting my nails drilled down or buffed by a drill. I just do not think that is good on natural nails. They also used a mechanical callous buffer during my pedi. More eggplant -filing before soaking. Maybe it's just me but it leaves my nails ragged. As an aside, to fellow nail salon patrons, I've found myself agreeing to things I actually didn't want due to the language barrier. Been there, done that myself however; remember, you're getting a service done that you either won't or can't do yourself. That nail tech is doing you a favor. Plus, it takes A LOT of courage to move to another country and then try to learn another language. Most of us, myself included, couldn't do it. BTW, you're incorrect. The true official language of the USA is speak whatever the F'ing language you want to. There isn't an official language here. I'm talking to you, too loud lady. Extremely disappointing experience. From the beginning where they weren't giving me the color selection which is customary. It was "what color?" Ok, here it is. To burning into my cuticles, to filing my nails repeatedly after I told her I wanted to keep the length. Then she puts florescent green in the snowflake design. To leaving the area before I was even done. My nails were sticky & the tech next to her had to help. Beyond disappointed. If I'd had the time tonight I would have said something there. Last week I had a full set of pink and white nails put on by Van. Needless to say, within a week all my nails were lifting. I reached out to the staff on 3 different occasions within the following week trying desperately to have Van contact me and fix my nails. She never contacted me once. I understand there was a family emergency but she could at least have the decency to have staff reach out to me instead of keeping me second guessing. I've been a regular client for over two years.
